But what I didn't expect was their wide array of accessories, hats, bags, belts, and more. The best part? A local maker was making the leather goods right behind the counter! How cool is that? As a mom of a toddler, I've become a BIG fan of hats. Sometimes you just need to be able to get ready in 5 minutes so popping on a hat truly brings an outfit together quickly and you can even get away without a shower and freshly styled hair. I have a beloved tan wool hat that is my go-to in colder months but have been on the hunt for a black one! Well, Crossbow Leather had the simple black wool hat (brand is Will & Bear) of my dreams! It will most definitely be a staple in my fall/winter wardrobe, especially because I wear a lot of black! I loved that they had a bunch of sizes to ensure the perfect fit. I also picked up an adorable black and white gingham hair tie made by a local gal as well. I can't wait to stop in the next time that we're in town! Thank you for making my hat dreams come true!

I walked in and was greeted immediately by a precious young sales associate . I told her what I needed. She let me browse and she and another precious associate made some suggestions. No high pressure selling. They reminded me of a sales associate I use at a favorite boutique at home. I love the fact that they put out one size of each item and not cram so many clothes together that it feels overwhelming and exhausting. I left with some cute things. My husband was with me and he was happy because they had chairs he could sit in while I shopped. All boutiques should do that. The price points are high, but it is no different than other boutiques I have shopped at in other resort areas.
