Week after week, my vehicle gets…read moreblasted with wet grass and there is grass stuck all over the side of the vehicle along with small stone chips. I have repeatedly and politely asked the owners wife to please have her employees aim the shoots on the mowers away from the vehicles. This is happening to many of the cars in the lot as well. She tells me there is "nothing she can do, and maybe I should learn to park somewhere else." She proceeded to hang up on me. Real professional. I would not recommend hiring this company.

We usually help her with this stuff, but with quarantine restrictions, we couldn't get back before leaf collection ended, and the company she normally calls for help did not return her phone calls for over a month. As important as the quality of the work and the reasonable pricing, Richard was communicative, responsive, and respectful. We're grateful he was able to help us, and we strongly recommend him!

On Thursday January 22nd there was a snow storm and neither of our properties were plowed. I contacted Justin on Friday the 23rd asking if he would be plowing, I received no response. I reached out again on Sunday the 25th and he said they would be plowing. They plowed the office but not the Airbnb parking lot. Never heard from them again. They took our money and did not provide the contracted services.
