Typical high desert service. I was so happy to find a doctor in the high desert that had more than two stars... sadly, this place is just like the rest of the medical offices up here. Call lights were answered promptly, and the staff was very helpful and professional. My nurses were amazing, and one even offered to take me on a walk around the unit at midnight when I was feeling anxious. I really appreciated that. He blew my vein on my left arm and I was complaning that it was hurting really bad and then the nurse, she wasn't bad she was nice but she didn't check him until after she seen blood pooling under my skin then suggest he stopped trying to push the needle even further. Then again he tried my right arm this time right after it didn't hurt as bad but he kept trying to use the needle to fish around under my skin and couldn't get any flow until another nurse finally came in. He told her that I said I didn't want to be stuck in the spot they normally place IV's in because I had one two days ago. I said I didn't say that I asked if it was okay to do it in the same spot again. It's ridiculous. No one stopped him. Then they also discharged me because "they dont know what's wrong with me".
