She told the nurse that her knees and eyes hurt, but the nurse never communicated this to the doctor. When the doctor left, the nurse told my mom, "oh well, you can only ask for three things, you're asking for more, he already left." That is unacceptable. On top of that, my mom needed a DMV form. Since the doctor had already left, she was told to come back the next day. Frustrating, but she agreed. When she returned, she had to wait a very long time just to be seen. Another doctor reviewed her chart but said there was "no record" and refused to sign the form she needed. They sent her to the front desk for help, but when she spoke with Denise, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting, Denise told my mom "we don't do that, you have to call." This entire experience was a mess of miscommunication, lack of compassion, and outright rudeness. My mom left without the care or forms she needed. Sadly, she will not be returning here. When you seek medical care, you hope for professionalism, kindness, and respect. Unfortunately, this office showed none of that. Patients deserve better.

I was impressed upon learning Dr. Milani (Dr. M) was not just available for current ailments perceived by patients, rather there to ensure a regimen was created for the purpose of keeping his elderly patients in good health providing a healthy approach from meds, to exercise, and more in conjunction with Dr. M's belief that he nips the matter in the beginning before things go south.
