I just finished my home remodel with Carlos at Pro Custom Painting and Remodeling. My project was…read morelarge size which included building out a mudroom, expanding a master bathroom, creating a closet and a hallway niche, and finishing a garage with attic storage. From day one to the very last day, Carlos was friendly and approachable. For the initial consult, he was early (even earlier than me) and left a great impression because he asked if he should take off his shoes when entering my home. Once I hired Carlos, he was reachable at early hours, later hours, and even weekends. Contractors in this industry are notorious for being bad communicators, missing in action, or disappearing mid job. Through my whole project, not one of those single problems occurred with Carlos. I was able to communicate and approach Carlos whether it was questions, requests, or concerns. Also, Carlos and his team were prompt, friendly, and hardworking the entire project. I am very particular and took my time to find the right hardware, accessories, or to make a decision and Carlos and his team worked with me to make sure they executed my husband's and my vision and to our satisfaction. Remodels can be daunting and comes with a price, so I truly appreciated their understanding. His pricing is competitive. Give Carlos a call and he will promptly show up for an initial consult to walk through your space or home and understand what you're hoping to accomplish. The entire time I worked with Carlos, I sensed his pride in his business and his craftsmanship every step of the way. To top it off, Carlos was always ready, cheerful, and smiling when arriving for the day!

We had Carlos and his team fix a disaster of a paint job by a friend that owns his own paint business. They repainted where necessary, fixed all the transitions, and repainted all the doors and window wells. Covered all furniture, masked where necessary, and dropped cloth everywhere. Carlos sent progress videos every night. Give these guys a try for your paint and remodeling needs, you won't be sorry. RG

They were professional and personable, and treated us with respect and dignity. I did my research before selecting them. They've been doing this kind of work for many years and had great reviews from many here in Wrightwood. Their bid was a fair price. Tim and Brian did all the construction work. I observed much of their work in progress and they both are truly skilled professionals and craftsmen. They paid close attention to detail in everything. Before installing the new Trex decking boards, they completely rebuilt the deck support structure to ensure it would hold the extra weight of composite boards as compared to wood. Tim, Dawn, and Brian all went above and beyond in their work and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for any construction projects you may have in mind. We will certainly want to work with them in any future projects we may have!

Worked for 4 months with them attempting to fix it, but they were "too busy" with bigger and more profitable jobs. Don't recommend, as they don't honor their work or their word

First off dont believe their bullsh@t. When they say they will start on your building in 6 months…read more After you sign the contract and give a deposit. Its code word for we will finally dust your papper work off in 6 months. It will actually take almost take 2 years after you sign the contract. So this is how they work you pay as you go. Probably so you dont feel like they are screwing you as much if you would have paid in full. You leave $1000 deposit, 10% after engineering plans, 25% after city approval/permits, 25% after foundation/concrete, 25% when building is dropped off and 15% after building is erected/finish. So literally the only time you can ever get a call/email back is when you owe them money. Then they are on you like flies on sh@t. Other then that you dont mean sh@t to them. Also they will never tell you when they are coming out to do work. Your lucky if you get a heads up the day or night before. So you go for months and months with not knowing shit the a call or text the night before/morning of. Who the f@ck runs a company like that. Then when you do get ahold of them nobody knows shit or when anything will happen. Then on top of that you have to keep an eye on their work because none of them can read a blue print. First they dug the foundation in the wrong spot. With the building facing 90 degs in the wrong direction. Then when they started putting building up. They put the man door at wrong side/end of building. When clearly on plans its centered on face of building. Then when everything was said and done. My dumbass paid the last 15% before the final inspection was done. Calls and emails ignored as usual. Now i have to contact city myself and schedule it hopefully everything pass. Dont know how these d@ck heads stay in business. So heres my story to save someone else headaches. Be smart pass on these clowns. You think after spending over a $100k they would treat their customers better. But sadly like most sh@tty companies these days customers dont mean sh@t.
