I needed to have the front of my house painted. Santiago looked at what I needed and made suggestions on how to make the most of what I had to spend. He and his crew showed up right on time, moved all the stuff on my front porch. They pressure washed the front of the house, prepped all the surfaces, and primed everything. I greatly appreciated the ideas he presented and the patience he had between me and my mother's creative differences. This project resulted in a bigger task than both Santiago and I imagined. He resolved every issue we encountered whether it was a supply chain issue or an additional task from the initial project. What was suppose to be just a bathroom renovation, resulted in a complete remodeling of the area due to the spread of mold. This new issue would have sent any other contractor running towards the hills, but Santiago and his team pulled through. He was very flexible with the change in the project scope. We had a plumbing leak that caused some damage to our second hallway and loft. I contacted numerous companies for a quote on painting, baseboards, and doors.
