After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. It turns out that I was chatting with the owner Joe. He came out and installed my 47 & 65 inch TVs super fast. I was honestly impressed with how quickly he got the job done. He ran out to the store, mid-installation, to get a bracket for sound bar I wanted installed as well. Joe, and his company do all kinds of stuff around the house. I also had him to install the handles on all my cabinets b/c he offered a great price. Joe is extremely kind and helpful.
