Jason answered the call and to my surprise he was available to come 2 hours later. They expertly installed my drapery rod, adjusted and set drapery pins and rings. I decided to have him adjust another drapery that was too low. He moved this rod higher on the wall and also adjusted individual drapery pins to perfect the length. We recently moved into our house and noticed that there was some black mold growing on the caulk of our shower floor. Additionally, there was some unfortunate diy caulking that were both not aesthetically pleasing and not providing a good seal. I found Jason on Yelp and contacted him regarding removal of the old caulk and re-caulking the shower. He asked me to send him pictures of the shower and was able to provide me with a quote for the service (cost of labor and materials) immediately after I sent him the pictures. We recently had 3 projects to complete at our home. Rocky did a wonderful job on each project and completed them all in one long day! He patched a hole in our sheetrock which resulted from a previous plumbing problem. He cleaned the grime from the exterior of our gutters and saved us a paint job. And lastly, he repaired paver stones on our concrete patio slab. This last project was challenging because the pavers were longer than the slab. But Rocky implemented a fix that will prevent the pavers from being knocked loose again by lawn equipment. Buffalo West responded timely and to the point on our request for a quote to replace a Box Window bench. Even with this fairly small project, they did on-site visit to measure, and discuss alternatives etc. The price was in the mid range of other bids, and agreement was reached through text messages, which made it easy. 3 days later a quick setup of all necessary tools and material and after about 2 hours they had cleaned up both outside and in the room nicely. He is willing to tackle anything small or large and even pointed out some things I didn't notice that needed repair that he had the expertise to fix but would have take me an hour. (not to charge for them, he did it for free, just because he likes things done right and likes fixing things). He even worked around my two barking dogs and two young children seamlessly.
