I was calling from California and I had called a couple of other florists in El Paso who couldn't do it due to lack of flowers or they were closed. It was on Saturday February 14th. I then called "Flowers by Liza" and their listing stated they were closed Saturdays and Sundays. I called the shop phone number anyway. Her recording said I could text to her other number. So I text the obituary viewing/funeral information for Monday Feb 16th and Tuesday Feb 17th and prayed hoping to hear from her. Wow, she returned my call and stated she could have my arrangement ready for delivery on Monday. Well, not only did she do mine but I also had a friend in West Virginia who wanted an arrangement too! I made the trip to El Paso and got to see both arrangements at the viewing. I was in awe! Well worth it! They were sooo beautiful and I had to hold back the tears!! The day after the funeral, I was leaving El Paso, I had to stop by her other shop on 7115 N. Loop Drive-B (Yellow Bldg) and meet her in person. She was their and I thanked her, her husband and her flower designer again for a fantastic job! They went above and beyond! I highly recommend her florist shop! I just wish I had friends in El Paso so I could order more arrangements from her! THANK YOU AGAIN LIZA!! I hope this review brings many more customers! Our GC contacted the management team, and they graciously credited twenty broken tiles, which amounted to a $2,100 credit. I would like to comment them for being honorable in regard to their customer relations. I am giving them five stars.

She made an appt for us to meet with one of their in-house contractors (915 Prestige) for estimate on Monday Feb 10. Thought we found the perfect place until the contractor arrived and then went downhill from there. Estimator appeared to be in a hurry, and didn't take any measurements. Before leaving he stated estimates would be sent to store designer who would then contact us for project cost. I ensured that he had our correct contact info since he stated the designer didn't provide our email. I then returned our borrowed tile samples on Thursday Feb 13 and to follow up on estimate status. Informed designer was out to lunch and left my name and phone number with store staff. As of today, Wed Feb 19, have not heard back from either store designer or contractor. At this point I have engaged other contractors for the project due to lack of follow up with us. Experience has left us very disappointed and takes them out of contention for any future projects.

That also means following city guidelines an restricted watering on certain days of the week. However, it doesn't stop the weeds, and because I have rocks, a full power mower is ludicrous. That is why I usually have to only weed-whip a few times per year. Unfortunately, the whipping string gets used up, though I've never been able to find any of it once used! Elsewhere, I've purchased string and handwound it upon existing spools, and the time spent doing that with unreliable results had compelled me to seek a better solution. And what better solution than OEM spools? The only place I've found stocking these valuable items is here, and I don't have to buy a new weedeater ever time I need more string! The personnel are friendly and very down to business. I bought several spools. This wonderful store can be easy to miss if not looking for it--on a usually packed one-way, frontage road. I've only pedaled by a few times because of the congestion with motor vehicles. However, it is well-worth motoring here during work hours M-F (closed weekends).
