After waiting two weeks, it was incredibly hard to get a hold of the Salesperson. It was always his day off or he would get back to me after he was with his customers. The texts from the salesman would come in at midnight or at seven in the morning, which I think is very inappropriate. The texts were always very vague and he never knew when the furniture would be in. It took an act Congress to get a hold of a manager and cancel the furniture. To be honest with you buying furniture nowadays is more like going to a used car lot. They play these waiting games at some of the businesses to where you out and haggle with pricing at others. The price here was not discounted and they said that the furniture here never gets discounted. With this being said we expected much better service.
