This floral shop is wonderful. I came in to order flowers for a funeral in New York, and there are some occasions when the flowers cannot show up late; this is one of them. The folks here at Angie's Floral Designs let me sit in comfort and quietly look through the books they had for flowers that had FTD availability. They then guided me as to size relative to price, and usefulness. It worked out great. I sent a dozen yellow roses (hey- I'm the relative out in Texas). My sister in New York told me they were exquisite and were in a beautiful vase. Her mother-in-law (the widow) took the vase with the roses home with her after the wake- that speaks volumes. Was looking for loose flowers, especially stargazer lilies. I was pleased that they had some and that they were not open yet. The shop is cute. It was locked when I arrived but somebody came running and apologized. The customer service representative was polite, nice and helpful however was restricted. I like seeing the selection of different types of flowers a florist has to offer and not the prearranged pieces, he was not able to let me see in the cooler. He did bring a few selections of three loose flowers but how my mind works I can't put an arrangement together not seeing everything coming together with loose filler ect. But again very polite and friendly. I would have probably have bought more if I could fave gotten into the cooler but I understand he is restricted by guidelines. So I bought three loose lilies. The stems were pretty short compared to what I'm use to. Quiet pricey compared to the florist I normally shop on N. Mesa. The three stems costed me $23. I normally get enough flowers for three large arrangements of fresh flowers for $40 of mixed lilies, tulips, hydrangeas and filler with a very nice ribbon and straw covering. Overall it's a nice place, friendly staff person. read more

I ordered flowers from Angie's based on good Yelp reviews. I was very disappointed. I didn't receive any tracking information and was unable to determine if my flowers were delivered. It was very difficult communicating with them (e.g., they don't answer their phone or respond to online messages), so I decided to send a text through their "text your order" feature. After texting with them, it was determined that they had not delivered my flowers and were now going to deliver them the following day. In a text message (that I will gladly share), they stated they would refund the amount of the flowers and still deliver them. They would cover the cost. The flowers were delivered, and I was charged the full amount. Here's the issue- I don't have a problem paying for the flowers. I ordered them. I do have a problem with lying. As a business, if you say you are going to do something for a customer, then stick to your word and do it. I will never order flowers from this business again and will not recommend them to ANYONE. read more

Donovan was amazingly helpful and had a vision that aligned with ours. We had the option to buy or rent the containers which was very helpful for us as we were from out of town. Expected to spend between $500-$600. Got recording an left email address asking for a time I could speak to live person. No response-tried a second call at 10:30 local time 2 days later. Very Friendly Staff and accommodating. I ordered a bouquet for my sister's birthday, but they did not have the dragon plant/flower that is part of the picture, so I trusted they would alternate with a better item as a substitute. The flowers my sister sent looked just ok compared to the picture, but I guess I am thankful she received something. I went and ordered an additional item of the Green tea leaves Candles that they had for add-ons. I was disappointed when my sister took a picture and ended up being a normal Vanilla candle. Had I known it would be Vanilla I would not have purchased the candle for $15. I want to use them again for their service, since they are very friendly, maybe they should disclose specific items on their website or disclose that items can vary. read more

Ordered flowers for my grandmother's birthday. They were beautiful; unfortunately they were not delivered on her birthday because no one answered the door or phone. In the past deliveries (from various places) have been left with neighbors or on the porch. They did call to let me know they weren't delivered and that they would be there before noon the next day.
