On point! I thought I lost the key to my wife's Lexus while working on my car. I spent 2 hours looking for it. I called High End and they got to me within 2 hours. Fortunately, I found my wife's key fob before they arrived but realized we should still have a second key fob. The quote from the dealer was almost twice what High End charged me, plus I would have had to tow my vehicle to the Lexus dealer and wait til Monday if I hadn't found the key fob. It was so easy for me to get a hold of them and they came out and helped me right away. I said it wouldn't happen to me, but it did: I locked my keys in my car! I have a push to start vehicle and this sort of thing just doesn't happen- unless your remote battery is dead- and it just so happens that the battery died. I went in for a key for my 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe. I had all keys lost, so th we had to pick my lock, and then make keys for them.
