I have No doubt that little inspector Kerri sabotaged my rental home and then Nancy Jordan, the property manager kept over $1,000 of my deposit. These people play games and are Thieves. Other tenant's complaint that stove was broken went without response for MONTHS. Wasn't until we stepped in as owners that it got resolved.7) When questions were raised about completeness of work, instead of offering to make good, they responded with accusations of poor manners to avoid having to do the work they were paid for (Ad Hominem, Tone Policing: Tone policing is an attack that focuses on the manner in which someone makes an argument, rather than on the argument itself.)I would be understanding if they said, look we have problems.
