She was happy to help and her advice was spot on. We procrastinated and took our time getting our various projects done (that's how we roll), but Karen didn't pressure us, just checked in every few months to see how we were doing, even offering to come back out for another look whenever we were ready. Did I mention our house was in High Ridge? Anyway, about a year after the first visit, we asked her to come back out. Karen helped us make a few more decisions, and we finally landed on a "we'd like to be on the market by this date" date. Once we made it official, Karen listed our house--the pictures were fantastic--and we accepted an offer just about a week after going live.
