But the Kohut team instantly put us at ease, and have been fantastic. For starters, they're just a pleasure to work with. They're all friendly but unobtrusive. They're happy to work on their own without ever interacting with you, but they're quick to return a wave or a smile. They also work VERY hard. You are definitely getting value for your dollar here. Furthermore, I TRUST these folks. That previous landscaper I mentioned kept using increasingly-dodgy-looking workers that left us feeling a bit nervous. In sharp contrast, the Kohut workers all come across as intelligent, responsible, and respectable. And the results? In a word, beautiful. When we first moved into our house 15 years or so ago, the yard was a bit of a mess. Now it's among the best in the neighborhood. These guys are not just hard workers: they also have a great eye for layout and design and color. Even more importantly, instead of foisting their vision onto us, they have worked with us to find a design that fits in with OUR vision of how our home should work. In addition, we have some unusual requirements such as a certain attachment to existing flora and an aversion to toxic chemicals, that the Kohut team accepted without batting an eye, and then worked within those restrictions. While we use them primarily as landscapers, their talents extend far beyond that. For instance, we had some cracks forming in our concrete steps, which they repaired seamlessly. (I can't even remember where the cracks were; that's how seamlessly they fixed them.) I've also recently learned that they do snow-plowing as well, and we'll probably take them up on that for heavier snowfalls. I'm sure you could find cheaper landscapers, but I doubt you could find better, and I'm almost certain you won't find better value for the dollar. We've worked with Kohut and Son for years, and we plan to work with them for years to come.

We've had several projects completed by Wall Landscaping Services including a new backyard patio…read moreand walkway, full drainage system, shrub removal, river rock installation, and Spring cleanup. They also hand-dug a 6-foot long by 4-foot wide by 6-foot deep hole in the front lawn to locate the waste/sewer pipe leading to the street in order for the town's Sewer department to repair the faulty pipe. Once the pipe repair was completed by the town's Sewer Department, Tommy and his team returned to our home and carefully back-filled the hole with the dirt they removed. Each project was top-notch. Tommy and his team of qualified, trained professional landscapers arrived on time, were very efficient, thorough, careful, and friendly. Since everything was exactly planned out and explained during the initial estimate, there were no surprises or hidden fees along the way. Tommy was on the job site along with his team every minute of each project to both supervise and work alongside his crew. I told Ken what I wanted and he said he could turn our property into the envy of the neighborhood. I was skeptical at first. I needed flowers and shrubs. The side and rear of the house were just ugly dirt and gravel. I wanted a side patio of pavers and rear walkway to cover up the dirt and gravel on the sides of the house. A walkway from the rear walkway to the rear deck. There was a shed with a cement walkway that had to be removed. This was no small task. They tore down the shed and cement walkway and cleared out and leveled out the rear yard. They had to remove over 20 yards of dirt and rocks. They had to move a small tree from the middle of the yard to the corner. They planted new flowers and shrubs with existing ones put down new sod . Then install all the hardscape. It was quite a task. When it finally was finished I couldn't believe it was the same property. Now when buyers come to see the house the first thing they look at is the beautiful new yard. He expertly relocated some flowers and shrubs that made sense, which did help save some.
