He told me that his guys were going to be in my neighborhood on the 4th and could stop by around 1pm to trim the tree. They never showed up and by late afternoon Julien informed me that they couldn't make it and that they would have to come by the next day. On the 5th it was raining so Julien again informed me in the afternoon on the 6th that they would come trim the tree at 8am on the 7th. They never showed up and it wasn't until late in the afternoon that Julien called me and said his guys would be by on the 8th. Then on the 8th it rained and Julien wanted to reschedule for the following Monday. I said it was fine and that the safety of his crew was definitely the main priority. He then proceeded to tell me that it was in his best interest to get the guys to get the work done because he doesn't receive his commission unless they do. Ah ha! and there it was, the reason I kept getting jerked around with when I was going to get my tree trimmed, and why I was only notified late in the day after I was able to call any other tree company to come out and take care of the tree. It was due to Julien's commission! On Monday May 10th Julien let me know that they would be coming by to trim the tree. They showed up at 4:50 pm and told me that they had to clear the work with the boss, because he doesn't like them working past 5pm, and that they just did four full removals today and that they didn't have enough time to do this job. So I asked him why it was that Julien would schedule so much in a day (obvious commissions aside). He told me that Julien was just a sales guy and didn't realize how much work it actually takes to remove a full tree. So he makes promises to the clients and then overbooks the actual workers. So this guy tells me that him and his guys are going to work for 45 minutes, then clean up and finish the job tomorrow, which I agreed to (I mean what other choice did I have at this point?). But they pulled their truck into my driveway (parked it on top of my wife's beloved flowers) then did nothing for twenty minutes before leaving. When I told Julien that they parked on our flowers he said that it was a good thing that they grow back. They came back the next day and pulled their truck right back into the same spot on top of the flowers. When I pointed out that they didn't seem too concerned about the driveway being too tight because they pulled in the same way, Julien got offended saying "how am I supposed to get to the tree?" and that it's not their fault the driveway is very tight. Well it's also not my job to figure out how your guys should use their equipment to do their job and not damage my property. When I came home from work after they had trimmed my tree and left, I noticed that they had moved all of my outdoor furniture and made zero effort to put it back from where they moved it. This was an absolutely awful experience and I don't plan to use this company ever again, and I urge everyone else to overlook them as well. The only reason they got a second star is because they did an okay job trimming the tree.

We were looking for a tree service…read morebecause we needed our 150 foot oak tree looked at to see if it needed a pruning or a total takedown. My wife and I were on the page of taking the whole thing down since there were dead limbs and bare spots. It didn't look well. When we asked on a local Facebook page who they recommended, many of them had used the services of Jesus. Jesus arrived on time and immediately we could tell he knew what he was talking about. Jesus pointed out evidence on the tree that it was slowly dying. Jesus noticed poor pruning that had been done in the years past and water damage. Jesus is educated in his profession, knows about all the species of trees, and takes pride in what he does. He's not one of these companies who comes to your house and says the tree is dead and you need to take it down. Jesus provided us with an option of providing tree fertilizer, nutrients, and pruning to see if the tree would react to it. My wife and I decided to take the tree down since many of the limbs overhang the house. We signed a contract with Jesus to take it down in August. So what happened? Sitting home on a late Saturday afternoon about 10 days after meeting Jesus, a huge tree limb from that oak tree falls and makes two holes in our roof. It also caved in our third floor ceiling. Jesus to the rescue! We called him on a late Saturday after he was in another county working all day with his crew. How easy was it for him to say, I'll see you Monday? Jesus came over within an hour and worked another 5 hours and didn't leave my home until after 9pm. He and his crew removed the tree from the house and put up a tarp to protect from further damage. The cleanup was masterful. You wouldn't know they were there other than the blue tarp. We can't begin to thank Jesus and his crew enough. His price for this emergency work was beyond reasonable. Jesus will be back to take down the rest of the tree earlier than scheduled due to this unusual occurrence. He's the best experience we have ever had with a tree service hands down. Like I said, STOP THE SEARCH!
