For two weeks we went back and forth because he wanted to give me another couch which I did not want because it is cheap furniture - I only wanted my money back. When he finally agreed to refund the money he was going to charge me a delivery fee for a truck to come pick up the defective couch. I refused and drove it in my self. The owner is incompetent and makes a living off of selling cheap (quality and price) furniture. The only good thing about this business is a salesman named Daniel - he straightened everything out. Needless to say, I will never give them any business again because of the terrible customer service I revived from the owner Chen. I hope you all spend the extra money and go anywhere else.
