When I called them about it, they didn't take responsibility for their work and told me I would need to pay extra for a technician to come after hours. Greg and Connor were very polite and courteous, making sure they took their boots off each and every time they went in and out to the service van. Cory was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us during the sales process and you couldn't ask for a better pair of administrative personnel than Jamie and Candice in the office. We received 4 quotes from several different companies but none could match the customer service experience we received from the folks at Atmosphere. After the new system was up and running we had some trouble learning how to properly operate and control the new system and without hesitation Cory dropped in for a second visit to give us another thorough tutorial and explanation of all the workings of the system. The installation is very neat and tidy and we are happy to say we are much more comfortable and cozy with our new Carrier heat pump system.
