HLM is rude and unprofessional. I wish I was not locked in a contract. They have put a big sign over my website when my payment was made exactly on the date due. So embarrassing for business. They don't check their records timely and are rude. I highlight rude. read more

Buyer beware! This is a slick sales company more than a marketing company. They make all the promises, lock you into a pricy long-term contract, over promise and under deliver (or not deliver at all), and only care about continuing to collect your monthly payments and not letting you cancel even though they have caused more harm than good to our site and our business. They act nice but make repeated errors, repeatedly late cancel meetings and don't actually deliver on promised/stated items. You have to monitor them for every single thing and point out their many errors. Additionally, they made visible damage to our site and continued to make it worse when I brought it to their attention. When I requested to cancel my contract so I can find a company to fix their website damages, they threatened to send me to collections. Their lack of honesty and integrity is appalling. We hired High Level Marketing to run our digital marketing. They definitely over promised and under delivered!!! Then they had two of there employees recruit a employee that was working for me. I asked them to let me out of the $14,000 remaining on my contract because performance tanked after they sold me and due to the employee issue but they forced the contract on me. It's always a huge tell on a business that holds a unsatisfied customer to a contract, clearly says they value the money more then the customer. This company is absolutely the worst there communication is terrible. Hey account representative is pushy and rude. After a year with no results company keeps pushing to have you little further forward with them recommending changes to your account that should've been made throughout the year. I received a sales call from this company to help us with our website. It was perfect timing as we were looking to redo our website in the next month or so. The gentleman forwarded me some references through email. A few weeks later I responded to him to let him know that we were ready to explore options. A girl he works with called me to discuss this the next day. We talked on the phone for about an hour and she scheduled a meeting for the following morning with the President of the company I work for and myself. The lady did not show for the meeting, did not call to cancel or reschedule, and we never heard from them since. They had our information from the emails that were exchanged so I do not believe they lost our contact information. Very unprofessional and disappointing. After our phone call, I was looking forward to working with them on our website. Not so much anymore! read more

This company is awful. When I chose to have them design my web site, the account manager sent me the design work and used verbiage that was not even close to what I needed. When I explained that the wording needed to be changed because of the market we were trying to target, the account manager insisted that I leave it even though she had no idea what my business entailed. I had to re-write the wording and send it to them. I experienced several different account managers over the months and there seemed to be a lot of turn over within their organization. After about a year with dismal results, I decided to cancel my account with them. When I spoke with the latest account manager at the time, I was informed that I had to give them a thirty day notice before I could cancel and was charged for an additional month even though the contract we had signed had nothing about a thirty day cancellation notice in it. They refused to refund the money. I'm now getting far better web site management at a much lower cost per month. Don't waste your time or money on High Level Marketing. read more
