The younger and woman on duty were easy to work with-especially when they saw I had a huge order. The place had a steady stream of customers and a couple of what looked like ebay/ Amazon related businesses. So that base made me feel like they were decent at shipping support. The guy looked pretty thorough about protecting items and the real value of this service is to be determined. If the keepsakes arrive undamaged, then it was pretty much worth it. I needed the package to be delivered by Friday or Saturday. My options were next day air for over $200, 2 day air for $150 or 3 day ground for $92. The other options wouldn't arrive until next week. The package weighed 7 pounds and contained candy and toys that weren't worth $92. I left and went to the UPS store in South Lyon. The same package would arrive Thursday for$30. I believe that the New Hudson store was trying to gouge me knowing that I had a deadline or they really didn't want to ship the package because they were closing for the day.
