I've bought a couple standing banners from them over the years…read more The second to last one I bought was an economy retractable -- it started showing signs of wear and tear pretty quickly, but since the product page clearly only rated it for two days of use, I feel like I got a fair deal on that. After going to a number of events, I realized I needed to upgrade to a banner that's more durable so I got a top of the line double sided retractable silverwing. When they shipped it, they just tossed in the end caps on top of the banner, which ended up scraping the metallic finish on both the base as well as the end caps. One of the endcaps even got split. The banner itself is well printed and was shipped quickly, although the bottom is a bit wrinkled on one side, and like every past order I've had with them, the retractable banners always have a bit of difficulty feeding back in straight as it tends to want to tug to one side or another. In this case, I was able to polish out the base, not retract it the whole way, and just not use the end caps. The end result looks adequate, but I definitely feel like I overpaid for what I got given the defects.

The younger and woman on duty were easy to work with-especially when they saw I had a huge order. The place had a steady stream of customers and a couple of what looked like ebay/ Amazon related businesses. So that base made me feel like they were decent at shipping support. The guy looked pretty thorough about protecting items and the real value of this service is to be determined. If the keepsakes arrive undamaged, then it was pretty much worth it. I went to another place and called one too. Based on those interactions, this place felt like a good value in comparison to those experiences.

I needed the package to be delivered by Friday or Saturday. My options were next day air for over $200, 2 day air for $150 or 3 day ground for $92. The other options wouldn't arrive until next week. The package weighed 7 pounds and contained candy and toys that weren't worth $92. I left and went to the UPS store in South Lyon. The same package would arrive Thursday for$30. I believe that the New Hudson store was trying to gouge me knowing that I had a deadline or they really didn't want to ship the package because they were closing for the day. Our non-profit cannot waste a single dollar, and so was greatly disappointed that the first quote was not honored. They are not trustworthy.
