I got a crack in my windshield from a rock hitting it. I called my insurance agent, and they put in…read morea claim. I went to Butler Auto Glass(Adkins auto glass). I took it to them and I was happy with the installation. My new windshield cracked 3 weeks after it was installed. I was told it was either a stress fracture or an impact. When I went back for them to check, they insisted it was an impact. They said it was from the windshield wiper, but it wasn't near the metal part. They claimed that the spot was the impact, but it was on the inside! My insurance had paid for it, so I contacted my agent again. They put in a second claim. We decided to go with Safelite for the new one. When I got to Safelite, I asked the guy to check out the windshield. He looked at it and immediately said it was a stress fracture. There wasn't an impact. And the glass was uneven. He also confirmed that the chip that was seen WAS on the inside. Plus, he said that the rubber wiper wouldn't break it. It might if it was under the metal arm. The cause was little to no silicone under the window. I gave Butler a chance to make it right, but they dismissed me. I would NOT recognize Butler. I hope my insurance company changes their relationship with this business.

I did not drive my car until Monday January 16, 2023, the next morning I work up my car was coming apart where he just GLUED my bumper back on my car. So after a quick little search I came across Monro and I'm glad I did because coming here I could tell that the guys working here really did care and want to help as much as they could! Well so it came my tire was damaged so much so that I had to buy a new one but hey it happens sometimes so in just a little wile they took care of me and totally got me back on my way! They offer a check-in offer so don't forget to take advantage of that it will save you some $$$! Overall this was a mellow place with a friendly fast staff who did it right to help me when my car just wasn't happy it's for that I'm sure I'll come back here again I just hope that I don't have to soon!

We were in downtown Sandusky and got a clicking noise trying to start the car and I knew it was…read morebattery related. This is not something you want to happen while on vacation. I googled auto service nearby and called D&A and spoke to Dave who was very pleasant and told me my options. He sent over Sandusky towing who were also fabulous and they were able to jump the car so I can get over to D&A. I think we got to D&A late in the afternoon, maybe 3:30. We drop off the car, and he gives us a loaner at no charge. He calls me at 4:15 to tell me our car needs a new battery and they can get done by 5 which is when they close. The total experience was just amazing.

Bought a white caramel latte and a nature valley soft baked oatmeal cinnamon bar to fuel a tired sore body from Cedar Point park for 2 days. Great happy employees working inside, clean areas, lots lots of snacks, gum, candy, pop, flavored water, energy drinks, Hot coffee. Also in this location is a Subway can't beat that feature for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. A must go to stop location before leaving Sandusky Ohio. We are always glad to stop here to end our fun weekend at the fun park of cedar point.
