Perry Hotz failed to recommend an inspection of the sewage line and septic system although the house on the property was built in 1950. The sellers failed to disclose absence of a septic tank leach field, damaged sewage line, and long standing water damage in one of two bathrooms of the house. As a result I am now facing repairs and subsequent monetary damages on the order of approximately or above $50,000, which my home insurance was not obligated and refused to cover. I would never recommend using the agent and agency with such deceptive, nonprofessional, and reckless practices for purchasing your home.

Remote work is and has been over the past year. Get out and do your damn job! What was a beautiful neighborhood is now trashy. People with old appliances sitting in front of garages, cars in pieces, trash in yards, and cat food cans on sidewalks. RVs parked on the street for months at a time. The list goes on and on. They just want to collect a check but that stops today. I'm contacting the board and will have the board vote in a new property management company in September. You guys need to get this mess together.
