Absolutely recommend the EAST BAY location, they are usually busier, but overall just amazing customer service. There were 4 people in front of me and I was in and out on under 10 minutes and they have outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. I would suggest the ROOSEVELT location get some pointers from the EAST BAY location. Drive past the ROOSEVELT location it's the worst.
