Years ago I bought a M2 printer from them. Had a few issues that didn't get resolved such as the…read moreprinter would be printing and then a white stripe would run across the shirt and ruin it randomly. had a software issue where it was supposed to print small samples in rows to see the differences in certain setting changes and it never worked. it would have probably taken a while the way the back and forth of customer service works with this company but before I could get the issues resolved the machine broke because the white ink got slightly too low and the ink was still half way in the jar but it was not circulating. when i turn the machine on it busted a hose and sprayed ink everywhere. I was quoted that I would have to replace dampers and printheads and who knows what else and that it would cost over 5000 to fix everything. I went to the insurance company affiliated with the company and they wouldn't cover the machine stating they don't insure broken machines even though they emailed me stating that the insurance would automatically take over if I didn't choose a third party insurance company and having insurance on the machine is a stipulation to the Purch chase which was also under the impression it was a lease to own deal and turned out not to be so and they would not take the machine back. Without equipment to expand my business and bills coming in and the building needing repairs I was out over $23,000 and this situation pretty much tanked my entire life. by the time I had enough money to possibly fix it I was in a situation where I had to move and the price to fix was still high and not worth it since the machine was pretty much obsolete. ended up selling it for $400 with platens and the spider sprayer plus ink and all. years later my friend got a dtg machine from them which was working fine at first but now has printing issues where 10% or more depending on the colors especially grey don't come out right. the tech support has been stringing him along for weeks as he loses customers and revenue. they suggest things and when it doesn't work they make him wait days for another suggestion and a new ticket number instead of just focusing on the problem until its fixed. I understand it might take time to get to a customer but when 10s of thousands of dollars are on the line it should be same day and no one quits until the machine is fixed. it would be cheaper to literally send a tech out there to fix it in person at this point. my friend was considering the bigger machine but will probably change his mind. i have been offered a discount on a new machine but currently have no space for a new one as I've moved and had to change my business partial due to setbacks stemming from my issues purchasing the M2 DTG. This company does not have your back, the equipment breaks and they don't respond appropriately to help you fix it. I wish I never did business with them
