I was recommended High Performance by my sister who swore by them. I've used carpet cleaners before and more of less it seemed to be a necessary evil for being a renter. When you leave, you pay someone a bunch of money to halfheartedly "clean" your carpets for you. We get a receipt or piece of paper from them stating they cleaned the carpets and landlord and tenant part ways. the end. So, of course I didn't have any high expectations when I hired High Performance. They showed up promptly and the gentleman didn't look like the other carpet cleaners I had used before. First off, he's a super tall and I had to strain my neck to look at him. Second, he actually looked professional. He had on a nice work jeans and a high performance polo. Third, and probably most importantly, he was incredibly nice. I definitely dropped my guard because Doug was immediately warm and friendly and didn't seemed phased by our hyperactive mutts. He asked about certain spots in the house. I said, those were there before we moved in. He said, WE can get those out. And he did. Spots that I thought would never come up from our kids spilling koolaid looked like they were never there to begin with!! And the spots left from the previous tenants' dogs were also a thing of the past. I was awestruck. Doug was very detail oriented and wanted to make it very clear that if we were not happy with the result we could call them back over. It seemed like a silly statement to make considering the carpet was so clean it looked like it had just been installed! I never post reviews and I decided that, in High Performance's case, I would make an exception. Truly great work! Even my landlord was floored by the results! I've been going to High Performance Carpet Cleaning for years now and I can't imagine going elsewhere. Each and every time I've gone to them, they have been consistently thorough of their work. The quality of service far exceeds other carpet and furniture cleaners I've used in the past. In fact, it wasn't until I used High Performance that I realized what I thought was "good" was actually mediocre. Doug and his team not only cleaned through my poor kid and pet trod carpet, they actually got out stains that were there even after TWO other carpet cleaners from previous years had cleaned over!! We decided to try High Performance Carpet Cleaning after our long time company seems to have gone out of business. We were very pleased with the results. After not having had the carpets steam cleaned for two years, (putting it off, knowing we had to find a new company) High Performance Carpet Cleaning made them look like new! That is saying a lot, as our carpeting is mostly white with specks of neutral colors, and we have three indoor-only cats. They arrived on time, measured and provided an estimate before performing the work, and charged a very fair price, especially when considering what they charged for the Scotch-guard. It is a family-run business. They are polite and quite professional. They were very accommodating, finding a date and time that worked with our schedule. HANDS DOWN the best carpet cleaners in town. I contacted Tammy and Doug to clean my carpets because I was moving. One day before our scheduled carpet cleaning date, my niece bumped into my scented wax burner and spilled RED WAX onto my cream colored carpet! I called Tammy frantic thinking I was going to lose my deposit. Her super calm response? : "Don't worry. We can do it." David came over the next day and not only did my carpets look brand-new after the cleaning, but the huge red wax spill was completely gone! I even second-guessed where it had been! This is truly the best company hands down!!. Best service! I have used them for the past 3 years and have my carpets done 3 times a year. I have used other carpet companies in the area but they are not as good in product choices and machine. Great for animals. They were the only ones who pulled the pet odor from carpet and combat really hard stains. I also hired them to clean my move in as i bought a house. The carpet were really dirty in my new house. The work is good. However, I did happen to witness the owner in Wal-Mart, verbally threaten and then shove a young man in one of the isles... As I later found out, this young man used to work for High Performance in the past. Word of caution, when negotiating prices, perhaps?
