I'm disappointed we haven't been able to get a regular service set up. I would still love to work with them and change this review, so hopefully someone can get back to me eventually.

I continuously operate on limited sleep, lots of caffeine, and more things than I can complete on any given day. I hired Sparkling Clean to do a deep cleaning of my house. In less than four hours, they cleaned more than I would have been able to in a month and did a more thorough job than I would have done. They also removed shower stains that I was beginning to think were permanent. Ultimately, from the moment they walked in & until they left, they were cleaning. They were considerate of my limited (and in some locations NO) chemicals requirement (due to pets and allergies), they all made a point to pet the dog, and they found all the cat toys that I thought were lost forever. All around - they are pet approved. Now that it has been several days since they've been here, I have noticed a significant drop in my indoor allergies. I am absolutely going to have them come out regularly for maintenance cleanings. Especially if you are a working parent, have pets, and/or are too busy to keep on top of everything, I recommend hiring them to take one task off your plate. They do an excellent job and charge a reasonable price.

See picture. This job was left to a teenager to complete. However he apparently fell off the ladder and did not complete his work. I was quoted $220 with a $30 connivence fee since it was last minute. I agreed to the price and was told they'd arrive at 3:30pm. The employee didn't arrive till after 5 and after a strange encounter was told it would only take him an hour (which I thought was odd). I come back to the apartment to find him outside on a phone call - I paid the man and once inside the appliances were cleaned but my floors still looked like how I left them. It was dark and it had been a long day of moving. This morning I got a better look at the apartment and it was the worst cleaning job I've experienced. The counters weren't wiped down, my fan blades were still dusty, the blinds were still dirty, the floors were never mopped or swept, the list goes on. I contacted the owner to give her a chance to resolve this and she offered to come back on Wednesday to clean. I declined because I no longer have access to that apartment since I moved out. I was looking for a partial refund and was met with "I'm sorry you had a bad experience - I'll make sure to train my employees better". If you're looking to get ripped off I would say they're the people for the job. A $20 refund was offered on a $250 payment for a $80 quality job. I hope no one has the same experience.
