Additionally after I inserted the cartridge (also bought there) it also didn't work on our old (but still functioning) Airo device . Wishing to avoid the 20 minute round trip from my home if an exchange with the reciept for the device was possible, I called last evening and was told an exchange was not an issue with proof of purchase (BTW- they also have a computer to look up transactions, when they have a rewards program if you trash your reciept. ) So I arrived this morning, armed with my device and the reciept. The "gentleman" at the desk must be the one negatively mentioned elsewhere, as he proceeded to offer me the opportunity to buy another one. Apparently asking if the one I was getting to buy was guaranteed to work, broke the lad's shelf as he was forced to interrupt his torrent of "mansplaining" about how it was not their merchandise. As I hate to write negative reviews, I thought I would call back and inquire if this chain had someone in charge of this operation on their corporate level. After being put on interminable hold, I talked to a young woman who told me the history of Colorado Cannabis laws and the impossibility of even verifying the fact that their 20.00 battery did not work, and that some sinister government agency has criminalized good customer service. So here we are... Of course I will note again, that I had called in advance of my arrival, and was not even asking for a refund or exchange on the cartridge that was also non functioning i had purchased there. So much drama could have been avoided if I had been told what the ACTUAL policy was at the time of purchase (I was told I could do an exchange if there was a battery issue), or when I called the night before. I'm really not interested in ever returning, or debating the matter with those people. Its not the first time I've been burned on a pot deal, though its been 40 years. If the matter was about an exchange being refused, I wouldn't be writing this. But a simple guest issue should not be responded to by being dismissive, condescending, and insulting to the intelligence.

I happened to park in the motorcycle only parking because no one was in the whole parking lot. Upon waking up, the bald headed dickhead came storming out like he wanted to scrap and said "is that your truck!?" Before I could answer he questioned again. I said yes. "Oh you need it move it, that's motorcycle parking only." I said okay, where do I park then? He pointed as it was obvious, which it wasn't. My first time visiting, it was dark and the parking was in the back not well lit. After parking where he advised, I walked back up to the entry and followed some kid in. Oh that's a big no no. Apparently I have to wait outside in the dark and cold when ONE person is it inside at a time. Huge eff you to this place and this terrible staff. Don't ever go. Well, as soon as we entered and were introduced to the "man at the window" as first-timers , all nerves went away. The people there alone are awesome and so friendly. Ashley, our bud tender, really knew her stuff and really listened to our needs when going through the selection process. She was right on too with her choices! The atmosphere is very relaxed and classy and the prices are far cheaper than other advertised centers . They have daily specials that are just great and I suggest you pick up a copy of the GangaGazette (they had some at each counter) because they have coupons for pretty much any time of product; the prices on their flower products are just crazy for the quality .
