I ordered two times in two days and the first time they forgot my freebie and refused to drop it off and then the second time that I ordered, they "forgot" the freebie again. They shouldn't advertise promotional items if they do not have them or are not equipped to give them to the customers. Business hours online and on store front clearly state it opens at 9. I arrive at 11:55 to a sheet of paper on the door that says closed till 12:00, no biggie. it's 12:30 still closed. Not the end of the world. They lost a sell but I wouldn't mind a job here with those flexible hrs. Overall solid if they're open. read more

What a random place. I went for a birthday getaway to the mountains and came across this place after a family member pointed it out. I was so amazed that marijuana was legal in Colorado due to living in conservative Ohio where legalization failed at the ballot. I hadn't been anywhere besides the Netherlands where it was legal so I had to see the set up for myself. I guess weed kind of sells itself but I was really impressed by all of the edibles and drinks they offered. Who knew THC could be so flexible!! They even offered a sex gel with THC in it. Went on a random road trip to Colorado to escape the Texas heat. My grandma tells one person we are going to Colorado for a trip and next thing you know I got 10 family members calling me to get them something. I'm not becoming anyone's prison bitch, so y'all go to Colorado yourself. Anyway, so curiosity killed the cat. I had to stop in one. Your Colorado trip isn't complete if you don't stop in a dispensary. Just to say you did, ya know? If you are headed to Estes Park, this will be the dispensary you stop at before heading further into the Mountains. EP ain't got a dispensary. Lyons is about 20 minutes away from EP. The Bud Depot has a Rec side and a medical side. We made our way into the Rec side. You are in a room. There's a sign that says not to knock and get your license out. We did just that and within minutes someone lets you in. Holy Maryjane, spiderman. They have everything you can imagine. From pre rolls to vaginal lubricant spray. Yes, vaginal lubricant spray. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I think it made my husband nervous to be there (for one he's never even smoked a cigarette in his life) because we left within 5 minutes, but later we went back and he had me go in by myself. Never had edibles before, so I ended up getting Wana gummies and chocolate. Anyway, I would recommend this place. Especially if you are a newbie to dispensaries. In CO, you can have 2 oz per person. Don't be an airheaded ding dong and underestimate what 2 ounces is.. especially 2 days before going back out of state. read more

Because of Covid, they are not allowing customers inside. We didn't know this when we arrived, so we put our order in and waited outside. Our 4 orders were ready in not even 10 minutes! I bought an ounce of Mujica Suave today. I have to say I'm extremely dissatisfied. Out of 8 1/8s, 2 are completely leaf and steam. The others are tiny popcorn, more stem weight than weed. I've never received something so disappointing from a dispensary. I never even received something this disappointing in TN, or third world countries. I've been coming a few times now and deal with the lines and wait because you usually have quality products. All the 1/8s say shake on them and the tiny popcorn I might consider shake. The 2 that are solid leaf and stem is certainly not. We did not buy shake either. Here is a picture of our receipt that clearly shows we were not going for shake. Don't run out of weed and just fill it with whatever you got. All you had to do was tell us and let us get something else. read more

Entering the store, I stood in a small room with a desk with signs saying not to enter or knock on the door but that they could see you and to wait for entry. After a brief wait I was asked for my ID and let into the establishment. I knew exactly what I was looking for so I didn't have much interaction with the bud tender. He simply asked if I was looking for indica or sativa and chose a Blueberry cartridge. Prices in Colorado are a little higher than in Nevada, where I come from. A vapor pen cartridge cost $39. As a cancer patient, I drive over an hour for a specific strain, ISS, that quells my nausea with one or two hits. This is the best dispensary to stop at before or after a trip to Estes Park, and even worth going to if you live in Boulder. I always stop in after hikes in the area. Staff is always super friendly. Great selection of flower, edibles and all kinds of fun products. The staff is helpful in discussing their strains and helping you pick one specific to your needs. Their marijuana is also clean. Clean cannabis is the only flower you should put in your body. I would give it five stars but it's pretty pricey. Not surprising considering the location and quality of flower. Was in estes park and this was the closest dispensary. What a fun little trip! Had never been to one since we're from texas. Things I wish I could have brought home were the gummies and the root beer. The "budtender" was very knowledgeable and friendly. It connects to a pharmacy as well. I felt very safe coming here. Best place I went in my time in Colorado! Thank god for this place. After being extremely disappointed by all of Denver's dispensaries and their mediocre bud and unclean hash, bud depot was a great change! I was immediately helped by a friendly staff, in a nice clean small room that wasn't overcrowded like every place in Denver. The staff was awesome and immediately got off break the second we walked in to help us. They were very knowledgable about the products and their stuff is strong! The bud sold in Denver doesn't even compare to the Willie Nelson they sell here. AND the prices were better. Concentrates were super clean and delicious! I got Cherry flo wax, another wax, and green dragon oil. I would recommend the green dragon oil cause it had the best taste for dabs and its orally active so that was really cool! The wax was phenomenal as well. Extremely high (85-90% THC) and tasted so good! I can't wait to come back and try your shatter when I move out this fall! I was a bit apprehensive because of this place's proximity to a tourist artery, but I've been very pleasantly surprised. The Depot has a very nice and full selection of products, just about everything you'd be looking for. What makes the place work is the staff, they handle the crowds with a smile and keep things moving. Took a pleasant drive out to Lyons to my first medical dispensary. Prices seemed decent and the bud tender was friendly and knowledgeable. I had come in expressly to get some Cheeba Chews.- since you can only get them medical now. The good news is they had all 3 varieties. . . But the bad news is they were a bit more expensive than another place I had been to. But in total, the store is bright and well stocked.
