Large selection and prices are decent depending on what you are seeking. The 3 locations are convenient, yet prices differ at each location for the same product, this I don't get. The menu will constantly switch however and no guarantee on product as they tend to run out of what is listed on the menu sometimes and will offer a higher priced product instead (nature of business I guess, so no fault there). The menu can also get confusing as the filters aren't properly set on the backend seemingly on purpose (after a couple of years it should have been an easy fix by now). As far as the CS, this location is terrific and always kind, respectful, and courteous budtenders. The other 2 could use a boost. The staff can seem dry and disgruntled for the most part and feel as though you are being rushed out. I will say there are a few great people at those locations as well. Honestly don't know why freeport st location gets so much hate. It's true it's busy sometimes and the line is long. That's life folks. Visit the dispo at a different time of day. They have fresh bud in mason jars that you can see and smell before buying. This alone is worth 2 stars. They also have some killer deals and specials. Prices on some items are the lowest I've ever seen in the local area. so that rates another star. I picked up some Trulieve flower that I had to return months later because it was moldy. The budtender gave me a refund to be used on house brands. And the budtenders are always polite to me because I am always polite to them. They don't update their website regularly so you will sometimes leave empty handed when everything on your list is sold out. And their concentrates are just house brands. The service is terrible except for if one, maybe two particular people are working. The front desk and counter people study my MA driver's license every time I have to hand it to them. And even commented on knowing someone near my address. It's a very uncomfortable feeling. I don't need every person working studying my address. They've also looked into the computer to comment on what and how much I have purchased in the past. I'm spending hard earned money with them and they get chippy if I ask to smell a couple of different products. The attitudes are repulsive. They also tell you that you are part of some rewards program but after spending God only knows how much I have no points accumulated. it's some type of scam. It always seems like there are more people working than customers and yet it still moves incredibly slow. read more

I order ahead for the "In & Out" factor! Take the ID, bring forth the product, take the payment, and be done! Literally should be a 2 min or less transaction! It shouldn't be being put together when I arrive...grab, pay, and go! Let's improve on this factor and get me moving quicker than I am. Be sure to check out other reviews - way too many 1 star to seriously consider this place. I wish I had read other reviews first. Anyway, I went there twice. The first time was pleasant. The second time not so much. 5 people behind the counter and only 1 other customer besides me. No one offered to help. One of them just stood there staring off into the distance. I had to ask if she was working. I couldn't hear her reply because the music was so loud. I had no idea what she said, but she asked what I wanted. I said I had hoped someone would ask something like, "May I help you." When I got to the counter, she said she had said that and asked to see my ID. I said she was the 3rd person to ask to see it - the first 2 were the security guard outside and the receptionist inside - both of whom were pleasant. The woman behind the counter told me I could be asked for it a 4th or 5th time. Her attitude bordered on belligerent. When your staff gets mad at customers who interrupt their goofing off, you know you have a problem. I asked for a gummy product I had purchased before and she said they didn't offer it anymore. I asked if they had anything similar and she asked if I meant similar in flavor or strain. Flavor, I said. She immediately replied they had no similar flavors. ??? If there were no similar flavors, why did she ask about them? She began to rattle off alternative flavors - one of which was wild cherry. I settled on that. Turns out, she had no idea where it was and had to ask someone else. I asked about quantity and price. I was told 20 gummies for $25. But when she scanned the gummy container, it was actually $18, not $25. I paid and left. Later, I found out the flavor was wild BERRY, not CHERRY. I'm back, this time with nothing but good things to say. I am not going to complain about the taste, I mean it's weed your smoking it for how it makes you feel.(wisdom) The ounce's from (HIGH PROFILE) are a great deal. They have stepped up their game with some good flower. I'm not a fan of concentrate's but when I have purchased some here I've had no problems they got me twisted just like their flower does. The staff here is attentive most of the time but this is a retail establishment and occasionally hiccups occur and one might have to wait until the patron ahead is satisfied with their purchase. I have seen this establishment improve since my first visit and I can only hope they keep getting better. (THE BUD IS GOOD, GO BUY SOME). Great selection of products and super friendly staff. The inside feels very professional. There's a waiting room with a kind of receptionist who will let you into the store when it's your turn. And if you order ahead you can kind of "skip the line" so to speak. They will weight out flower in some cases, even if you order in advance so just know that if you are in a rush. Have had nothing but good experiences shopping there. I do wish I could use my debit card at the counter though. I understand the complications of using cards so obv not a deal breaker but other dispensaries allow debit so hopefully they do it soon as well. You can setup an account online that will pull from your bank account so you can pay ahead. Otherwise, there's a generic ATM in the store to use (but know there's a fee to withdraw as usual with those ATMs!) read more

This place frustrates me to no end because they're so clearly disorganized and have no idea how to handle the amount of people that come in. I cannot tell you how many times before I decided to write this review that I've had to sit by and watch several walk in order people go inside while I wait 30+ minutes. There is absolutely no point in placing your order online ahead of time. They will not have the order packaged and ready and you will have to wait twice as long just to go in. Such poor management that there's often lines OUTSIDE of the dispensary. One of the most unprofessional dispensaries I've ever been to and the biggest waste of time. The place closed early. Not true to their hours. I understand it's a slow night, but don't look at me from the inside, laugh, and turn around. I showed up 15 minutes before close, but the staff apparently wanted to go home. I called them from outside and can see them clearly ignoring the call. A few more customers showed up after me, but they didn't have any luck getting inside either. I'd say call before you go but they don't pick up the phone. My opinion. Go somewhere else. This place doesn't have any knowledgeable staff. They just want you in and out. They hate questions, but that's only because nobody has the answer. No creditable 'budtenders'.. just cashiers. You ask a question, they'll read you the description right under the product. Don't believe me? Head in yourself, and ask anything. But don't say I didn't tell you so. I've been very patient with this business--due to me losing my debit card, my only way to pay was through their Ritchie pay system or cash. I've had more problems with the dutchie pay than anything. There seems to always have a problem when it comes to dutchie pay. The first time I had this problem they said their system is messed up and whatnot. I said no worries, it happens. went back a second time, they couldnt find my order. that was my mistake because I found out I actually ordered it at a different location. weird. I then got another order and I told the guy that I made a first order online but then I made a second one because I wanted to add more. so I was very adamant that they new to disregard the first order. Ithe man on the register told me the total and I was confused at the price because I literally stated to the front desk and him that I had two orders and if they could disregard the first one. come to find out I was charged for all of them in total but when I opened the bag outside to check my stuff, he only gave me 8 prerolls and I was charged for 12. whatever, I hesitateed to go back and tell them because, who would believe me. but i was met with professionalism and the IT manager(not sure of his title) but he took care of me. he gave me $15 in cash and then he gave me a $20 credit for my next purchase. like I stated before, I really only use dutchie pay. I came in a week or so ago and a lady was on the register and I told her about my credit and if she could apply it. she said she didn't see it in the system and that the next time I come in, I would be able to use it. I went in again and I forgot about it this time and I just really wanted to go home. fast track to tonight and I forgot about it agwin because I just purchased it online through dutchie pay. the man on the register, was the one who reminded me and the girl next to him on the register said out loud., "oh, forget that. it's already been taken care of" OH? when? I made sure to let him know that I actually never used the credit and would like it to be used for my order now. the gentleman proceeded to get my products and another woman comes up to me and asks if the bag that was by the computer was mine and I said yes. she goes into the room in the back talking in her earpiece. now I'm confused. the man comes back with the rest of my stuff and as he's about to staple my bag, he asks the girl what he should do. she said she dowsnt have the authority to do that. I said ok and asked to speak to the manager. they said there was no one who was here that could do something about it. no manager? at a dispensary? anyways, I take my bag and leave. i started to get really upset because I feel like they were insinuating that I was lying. But I was like how? They can easily go into their system and see if I've had the $20 credit applied to any of my orders. Right? I'm so lost. I left an email on their contact us link and now I'm leaving a review. I'm so over this and annoyed I just typed all of this.
