I went here with a GROUPON…read more I bought the luxury facial groupon for $39 which has a $80 value and which is supposed to last 75 minutes (according to the groupon). On Vitality Medspa's website the 'luxury facial' with the value of $80 is described (see pictures). It's supposed to include not only a cleanse, exfoliation and a mask but also extractions, a scalp/neck/shoulder massage, and more. My issue is: what was promised was not provided. I went in for the extractions but got none. I pointed this out at the end of the treatment, after the skin therapist said that he was done. I was surprised because the therapist mentioned extractions in the beginning of the session and I was sort of waiting for that (I don't care too much about products being put on my face - that's not what I came for). But I was told that he made an assessment and extractions would just make my skin worse. I was surprised that he didn't discuss his decision with me, but okay. Something else I noticed was that I went in at the same time as another lady (who never had a facial either and was willing to try one with a groupon). We both were out an hour later. She went into the room just before me, and when I came out she was already out in the reception area. So the treatment did not last 75 minutes. Later on I remembered that I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. But those 15 minutes should not be counted as spa time, of course. After the treatment, I started looking on yelp and saw Jenelle's review. That made me realize I also did not get the scalp/neck/shoulder massage, towels around the arms, etc. This together with what I described above made me realize that the company does business this way. They offer a price for a service, but then they don't deliver. And sure it was relaxing and the guy who gave me the treatment is good at what he does. Maybe this company thinks that if I am impressed with the therapists techniques and friendliness of staff that I will come back to get the non-groupon (more expensive) treatments. But that's not what I came for. And so it was not a good experience, I feel scammed, and I won't be back.

I was so excited to see that I had brows again. Walked out very pleased. *2nd appointment-follow up (1/27/26) I had a bald spot on the left brow, Ana did her thing and away I went. *3rd appointment (3/5/26) Back in again, I was under the impression after the follow up all would be wonderful. After healing (again) it doesn't look like the touch up from the 2nd appointment was even done. Not at all blended like the right brow. Another touch up to that area on the left...but she was rough on me this time. My brow area hurt for about 3 days and after healing is a lot darker than the right brow. I waited longer this time to see the outcome from this one. *4th appointment (5/12/26) Same brow, same bald spot, I am truly disappointed and angry that I have to travel all the way up there for something that should have been done right after the follow up. Michelle returned my call, made the appointment and told me there wouldn't be a charge ($320.00) per Ana. A Charge! If it was done right the first time and a check at follow up, I wouldn't be here a 4th time. At the appointment, it felt like she couldn't wait to get me out of there. She addressed the issue and I also told her my brows didn't match and the left was further away from the nose. She measured center nose said they were fine (felt like she was questioning me), but I wanted a few strokes to even them out. They still don't look the same- they both look okay, but not the same. I will be curious to see how they look in a week or two. After dropping $620.00 plus a tip after the first session, I am $700.00 into something that is totally disappointing. I almost got them tattooed instead of microblading. Guess I picked wrong. I never got a bad tattoo-always perfect and cost a lot less. This is an art; a passion and people wear this on their face every day. I will NEVER return to Ana Square, I will not recommend her and look forward to finding someone else to do my touchups in the future. If she does 3 brow appointments a day (just brows, not including her other services) she grosses approximately $1,860.00 a day/$37,200.00 a month. Insane amount of money for a piss poor job. When I returned, I was scheduled with a different injector which I was not happy about. I'm told there was no remaining half product left and no record of that agreement or from Jennifer. She spoke with Jennifer (who wasn't in the office), and then told me Jennifer denied any remaining product was left and denied the conversation due to the whole product was used. After speaking with her manager, I was told "there's nothing we can do" and that I'd hear from Jennifer the following Monday. I was not about to argue with the injector that was not there present during our discussion. It's now been a couple of days--no call, no follow-up from Jennifer, or her manager. This level of disregard is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of service and the expectation of professional service. I felt dismissed, misled, and ignored as a customer. Leads me to believe they are using the product for themselves and scammed me. I will not be returning to Azul Medspa and cannot recommend their services to anyone looking for consistent, honest, or customer-centered care.
