They will redeem but why should someone have to pay a deposit to use a gift? (It is half of what the services cost) I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I to use our gift cards and they ended up canceling because the day of the appointment it snowed for 45 min in El Paso so they shut down for the day. An appointment I had to leave a $250 deposit for. Have I been offered anything in return for the inconvenience to include maybe an appointment without a deposit this time since I had to wait to get reimburse last time for an appointment they cancelled.
