The Tucson location did not deliver the experience as proposed, this location has more students than tutors. Tutoring Club has continuously "dropped the ball". I requested the attendance logs upon cancelation and there were numerous discrepancies. Double entry of hours logged and hours logged when I had canceled with documented communication within the appropriate time frame. The owner Chad Hrenko has gone against the Tutoring Club Corporate office. Which advised him to pay me in full minus the cancelation fee because the Tutoring Club cancelation policy which was not given to me or signed at the time of registration. CHECK YOUR HOURS. My son Robert entered his junior year of high school this year. He has been able to maintain a 4.0…read morethroughout but we realized that this would be one of his most challenging years. (A little background info is that during Robert's freshman year in Algebra I, his teacher was dismissed toward the end of his second semester. He spent his last 2 months without an instructor.) We requested info on a tutor from his daily math teacher. We were referred to Alex Couch. This has been an absolutely wonderful experience for my son.
