Ty was great! I booked online with ease after searching through reviews on yelp and Google. I find that people don't review barbershops as much on here compared to google. I showed up a few minutes early and he was ready. The shop is clean and decorated in a rustic type decor and just gave off that good barbershop feel. Everyone there was polite and welcoming. After I sat down he asked what are you we doing and showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered! The cut was great and nothing beats a good ole fashioned straight razor shave. I would highly recommended Ty as well as this barbershop as I did see a couple others receive cuts while I was sitting there and seemed to be happy! read more

Booked with Ty was running a little behind but had my apt canceled at 10:26 showed up a min or two later sign on the door be back at 11. Came back at 11 he showed up 11:05 so being on time is important for others but not yourself? I've had my hair cut here several times but won't be returning. read more

I support local #1! Parking is very small with 2 spots, and one on street parking facing the right direction. Barber said Jerimiah's will not complain for a couple customers, but the nasty tea shop (nasty painted green building on corner) will. (sorry folks, dirty outside means dirty inside). I enjoyed the barber who accepted my walk-in, b/c she had a cancellation. It is a small, home town barber location. Conversation was great. My only hold up and reason for 4 star is a $30 men's buzz cut, plus tip. So I would be on board if less. I just relocated from Ft. Liberty, NC where I received $18 cut with razor shave around all ears and neck, with mini-massage and hot towels. I was a little unprepared at the price, as nothing is on the wall stating price list. She said they normally accept online appointments. I found them here on Yelp, which made no mention on appointments, which seams to be a call which is a phone on the wall. They survive on locals. I called a few hours before they closed on a Sunday, I assume it was Ty who I talked to and he said he couldn't take anymore walk-ins because they were super busy. That's understandable so I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day. He said sure, so I made an appointment at 9am which is what he said is the earliest he could take me. He got my phone number and it was a done deal for 9am the next day. Plan was to get my beard trimmed at 9 and be on schedule for everything else. However I woke up the next day with a text that came in at 2:31 am saying that my appointment was canceled for no apparent reason. I was never called and told why it told person to person. Maybe this would've been a 5 star review if I would've been able to actually get my beard cut and hair cut like we had planned, instead I had to call somewhere else and make an appointment. I almost always tip 50 percent or more as well for haircuts because I think it's a big deal on how you look. This shop won't be getting that though since they don't seem to want it. read more

This is by far my new favorite barber. My sons had his hair cut there twice and were coming back. They're small but the barbers are very friendly offered us water. This place is phenomenal. Very well priced for a great haircut. Camar is a friendly, social, and professional barber. Jordan the other barber was very friendly and a veteran who was very friendly and fun to talk to since I am in the service as well. The inside gives a feel of a modern take of an old school barber shop with complimentary drinks and SportsCenter on. As a queer transman, it's hard to find people who will serve you like every other customer. I felt welcomed and free to speak about whatever I wanted from my moment I arrived to the second I left. Camar was very friendly and gave me a quality haircut! The set up is small but that adds to the cozy feel. They have a tv and drinks if you're waiting. I made an appointment and I was seen as soon as I got there :) I would recommend Camar and will be back for future cuts!
