For the first hair cut they made it very special. Our little guy was so relaxed he sat still the entire hair cut. Both my boys have curly hair and they cut his hair exactly as I had wished. The entire team always makes you feel welcome and excited to be there. This most recent visit was extra special , my daughter had her hair styled by Hailey for her Halloween costume (Rumi from K-pop Demon Hunters), and she absolutely nailed it! Hailey is so sweet, patient, and always has the biggest smile and most positive energy. The braid came out perfectly and totally completed the look. We've also celebrated a birthday party here before, and it was over the top fun! The girls got their nails and hair done, then wrapped it all up with a dress-up fashion show that they're still talking about. She's a bit older than your average child getting their first haircut, but i wanted the experience to be fun and memorable. I had heard great things of Pigtails and Crewcuts and decided to schedule with them. Schedueling was easy and I was able to do it online. I shceduled a first haircute package since it includes a picture. We arrived ther on time and were scheduled with Mrs Chi. She was very polite and consented my daughter when she selected a particular seat that was a bit inconvinient for Chi since my kid is tall. My daughter had lots of fun and was happy with her cute hairstyle with glitter on her hair. It took about 20 minutes or so and at the end, they let your child select a free toy from a toy chest which my daughter was pretty happy to select. Would come here again for a second haircut since it is resonably priced and daughter loved the experience.
