He was able to pull a tooth that needed removal and save a bridge at the same time . It could have been a very costly visit . He is currently working up a few scenarios for me to choose from for my remaining dental work . It will be rather extensive work , but he is doing this to give me my best options at the most reasonable costs. I'm super happy with their service so far and absolutely recommend giving them a try . The assistant finally must go pull him away. I had requested a new night guard as my dog ate my old one, so he fit me for that. I was also there to have my daytime guard refit. This was the third time I have had to come in because this daytime guard has never fit properly. It hurts my teeth and causes headaches - the very opposite of its intended purpose. Dr. Dixson had to be reminded by his assistant about this and it was as though she had asked a child to share their favorite candy. He started huffing and puffing and of course rushed the job saying, "That's about the best possible fit as a dentist." He went back to his sports conversation with the college coach. Upon arriving home, I retried the daytime guard with the same result: tooth pain and headache. I was so frustrated that I just chucked the stupid thing in the trash. $495 for a daytime guard that never fit and will never fit. Today I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment to pick up my night guard. At exactly twenty minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I still had not been seen and decided to walk out. It is clear Dr. Dixson cares more about funding the next addition to his lake house than his patients. My message to Dr. Dixson: You can have the $495 and the night guard. It will likely fit as poorly as the last one I threw away. Stuff it.

He refuses to speak with the patient. He's so weird. My husband actually knew him in high school. Wolfgang has always been a complete loser - and he still is. There are some outstanding dental practices in Liberty - do not waste your time on this one. This group of misfits are uneducated, unkind, argumentative, hateful, unqualified, and truly the bottom of the barrel. One final note: they submitted all charges to insurance, AND, they charged my father the full amount. He was overcharged - Beth (the incompetent office manager) - had to cut my father a refund check! That's how stupid they are!

How can you not relax when the man is wearing a Hawaiian shirt?! If every dentist had his manner no one would fear going. He even has a sign up to not record people coming out of anesthesia. It wasn't a "thing" when I was there but there's so many videos now that can embarrass...maybe even humiliate someone. I'm glad he posted it. The office and staff are just as nice as well. I can only hope Dr. Lowe doesn't retire soon!

Her assistant Tony was kind, she made me feel more relaxed. I had some bad work done before and I was terrified. But the small talk helped me relax. Dr. Sheridan took time to talk to me and plan my care and she sat down with my hubby, and talked to him. My favorite part, (I know its a dentist), what I liked most was she was willing to say hey I'm not good at that let me send you to someone I know can and is really good. She made a call and got me in the same day with some one who could help me out of my pain. So even though its my first visit, and she didnt even get to work on me... she will be my family dentist.
