PA Lindsey Lukkari is the sweetest and most kind person, she has the most patience in the world and compassion for all children . Dr Joy Inyang is an amazing person with a big heart and incredible worldwide knowledge on medicine and different practices and medical treatments for children of all ages. This Docters office is clean , well managed, good availability when your child is in need for appointments , and has excellent feedback when any type of questions are given. Receiving paperwork for your child is easily accessible through talking through receptionist or going through your patient portal. 11/10 Rating.

The first visit was actually positive; the nurse was wonderful, and I truly appreciated that they were respectful of our decision regarding vaccinations. The doctor gave us some useful information but failed to provide the promised allergy referral during our first visit. We were then told to schedule a follow-up in two weeks to check my baby's weight. Unfortunately, the second visit was a completely different experience. Despite driving nearly an hour and arriving exactly on time, we were skipped over for two other families who arrived after us. Once we were finally called back, the nurse seemed completely unaware of the reason for our visit. Her attitude wasn't very friendly, I asked why she insisted on a diaper change for the weight check (which wasn't required during our first visit), she was dismissive and unhelpful. After being placed in a room, we waited for over 30 minutes with a fussy, crying baby. The doctor NEVER showed up. We eventually had to leave because my baby needed to be cared for. We still did not receive the promised referral for the allergist, and no one from the office followed up to apologize or address the situation. -Given the lack of coordination and poor customer service, we will not be returning.

The in-house doctor mentioned ASTHMA, about a child who was born with fluid in his lungs, and THEY STILL TURNED HIM AWAY. I am floored and utterly disappointed and sickened. After discovering new ownership has taken over in recent months, this all makes sense. Welcome to the new America, where citizens are put through hell and high water to get their family the healthcare they need. They have lost a loyal patient and I will not be coming back here.

Dr. Gendelman completely dismissed her symptoms and told us she wasn't "sick enough" to test. Once again, the only recommendation was to give Benadryl to "dry it up." Her symptoms continued to worsen, and today I had to take her to urgent care, where she tested positive for what they called "super flu." As a parent, it's incredibly upsetting to feel unheard when advocating for your child--especially when it turns out something serious was missed. The level of care at this practice has clearly changed, and it no longer feels like sick children are taken seriously. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this office based on our recent experience.

Patients shouldn't feel like they're being scolded…read more I had questions about my health which another doctor wasn't answering after almost two years of seeing that doctor. I wasn't seeing improvements in my overall health. That doctor referred me to a specialist in October of 2024, & two months later in December the specialist & I saw improvements in my health. We were both very happy about this. About a week later, Dr. McKenna did not make any note of this to me until I brought it up to him for confirmation, but he did chastise me for switching doctors. Yes, if switching doctors after almost two years gets me results, then I will gladly switch doctors. Dr. McKenna didn't behave in a way I would expect or have seen from other doctors. Even when I saw Dr. McKenna previously, he had a completely different way of conducting himself. I do not know if he was having a bad day or if this was a simple conflict between doctor & patient, but if a patient feels uncomfortable around any doctor it is alright to switch doctors.

We found Dr. Desai and he got us into his office as a new patient within a few hours of calling He was amazing with our two young daughters we brought with us and asked a lot of detailed questions about our newborn son, my pregnancy and his birth. We weren't rushed out of the office and he took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. All of the staff was amazing, as well. We will be switching all of our children to Dr. Desai!

Dr. Desai is by far the best pediatrician we have ever partnered with in the healthcare of our…read morechildren. He is excellent with my kids (all 7) ages 14 through 1 years old. He is patient and very kind. Dr. Desai listens well and makes each one feel valuable and important. That is difficult to find today! He and his staff are VERY respectful of our decisions as parents and advocates of our children. Every time we have needed an appointment they often times get us in the same day if it's for an illness and within a week for physicals. I highly recommend Dr. Bipin Desai!

My husband had back surgery in 2018 by a neurosurgeon here in Kalamazoo. That surgery needed to be…read moreredone within 2 months. Being naive about back surgeries we thought my husband was getting the best care he could. After the 2nd surgery failed miserably a friend suggested that we see Dr. Nicholas Shroeder at OSOC. Within minutes of meeting with us he explained clearly why the first two surgeries had failed. By this point my husband is in constant pain and can no longer stand up straight. Dr. Shroeder explained what he felt the best course of action was going to be for Tom's situation. Dr. Shroeder had the new pieces needed for Tom's back made specifically for him in France. The previous neurosurgeon had just grabbed any rods and screws within reach. That was what kept Tom from standing upright. The picture on the right shows the neurosurgeon placed straight rods in his back. Losing the natural curve is what kept him from ever standing straight and in excruciating pain. The picture on the left is what was needed to give Tom the ability to walk and have a good quality of life again. This shows the difference between an excellent surgeon and one who should never be allowed to practice medicine again. The day of the surgery was a very long one. Dr Shroeder performed the 14 hour surgery to correct the neurosurgeon's mess. He actually had to rebuild Tom's back vertebrae by vertebrae. There were a few appointments before the surgery and a few during the next year. It is a 3 hour drive each way for appointments/surgery. Both my husband and I feel that the drive back and forth saved his life. I do not say that lightly. It's been 6 years since his surgery at OSOC and we are so grateful to Dr. Shroeder and his wonderful staff, especially Liz. Their knowledge, patience, compassion and kindness is so appreciated.

He did my full right knee replacement 8 years ago and a full left knee replacement almost one year ago. Both surgeries were a great sucess with a speedy recovery. Dr. Kassab and his team are on top of the latest science and technology. They have their own Physical Therapist who are wonderful to work with, so friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable.
