He troubleshooted my tooth pain and performed minimally invasive procedures to preserve my tooth. I was hesitant for a long time to see a dentist for my chronic dental discomfort because I don't have dental insurance, but I was relieved they charged reasonable prices. The clinic is bright, spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly. I wish I lived in the area so I can be a forever patient of Dr. Felt.

One was a tooth that he tried to pull and I felt like he was going to break my jaw. I finally pulled his hands out of my mouth and told him to send me to an oral surgeon. He had a son who died, and I had a brother who died. He told me flat out that my pain could not be as bad as his pain. He has no idea how close I was to my brother. The third incident was. I had to have a partial adjusted. It fit my mouth perfectly before coming into the office. I had to leave the partial overnight. The next day I told him it didn't fit my mouth at all, and he accused me of dropping it, and stepping on it, which I think he did while he was in his care. I do not recommend this Dentist

Dr. Kwant was wonderful. I was pretty anxious going into my appointment, and he had such a calm and reassuring demeanor that really helped put me at ease. Rachelle, my hygienist, was also amazing. She was very kind and informative, explaining things as she went without ever making it feel overwhelming or overbearing. Rachel, the office manager (I'm pretty sure), really wrapped up the whole experience so well. She went over my treatment plan with me, helped schedule my follow-up, and made sure I understood everything before I left. She was so thoughtful and even made sure my daughter had some little toys to take home with her. Even the small touches stood out, like offering me water during my appointment. It was really weird pulling into the parking lot next to the big bright windows. I was shocked to…read moresee I was looking right into the room where two patients were sitting getting work done. It was unsettling to see this. It was like watching an accident you can't keep from looking at while driving by. The lady getting work done kept looking at me, and I her. How weird is that! No privacy. This is my first time here after many false starts. The first scheduled appointment was on an early Saturday morning. I answered the many text messages that wanted me to confirm my appointment, which I did. Along with a recorded telephone message saying...are you coming to your appointment. Press 1 to confirm. Which I did. When I arrived for my Saturday appointment, the doors were locked. After waiting about a half an hour I left. No communication what so ever. I was pissed. Why then so many text/phone messages asking me to confirm?! I only reluctantly rescheduled, because the location is close to me, and my daughter really likes Dr. Loosli. I liked Dr. Loosli I guess. He's a really nice older gentleman. I can't really comment on his dental work, because I didn't have any cavities, and therefore all he did was look at my x-rays. Before I met with Dr Loosli, I had x-rays and a cleaning by his dental hygienist. Well a half assed cleaning if you want to define it as a cleaning. The dental hygienist was borderline rude, and very condescending. She said she was going to use a water pick tool instead of the normal "scraper" tool that is used to scrape the plaque off your teeth. I did not like this water pick. It happened so fast I don't think it took any thing off my teeth, if I had anything on them. I got concerned when I started smelling something burning......it smelled like burnt hair. I wonder if it was because she was in such a rush to leave for the day that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, and burned some of my gums. Then she said "I'm only going to polish the front of your teeth." I thought to myself WTH. Why wouldn't you polish all of my teeth? and that was that. When she was done with the cleaning I said "That was the fastest, less evasive cleaning I've ever had in my entire life. Which is every six months for years and years. She just ignored me. When Dr Loosli came in the room he talked quite a long while before he got down to the business of my teeth. I told him about how fast my "cleaning" was, he didn't know what to think about that. He looked at my x-rays and my chart, and commented that the dental hygienist didn't leave any comments on my chart. I asked him if that was normal, and he said "Maybe because you don't have any cavities that's why she didn't write anything on your chart. He talked some more and I left. The whole thing was weird.

The foyer smells like a toilet. An assistant shows up... and she's sick. EW. This is beyond disgusting. I was a patient here when it used to be Woodbury Family Dental & stayed because well... I don't know? Cleanings were always fine, but I am so grossed out by the lack of hygiene. If you're working on my mouth, I don't know about other people, but I expect it to be (and smell!) clean. A sick office assistant and at least one sick patient? This isn't a GP office! Do better. The Dr. is no where in sight. I will not be staying. I cannot recommend this practice for anyone with standards. The smell, the sick people, the lateness is gross and utterly unacceptable.

I had three crowns placed at this office and have experienced ongoing problems since the procedure…read more Issues I experienced after the crowns were placed include: -Pain when chewing (especially nuts or gum on the left side) -Bite changes where my teeth now catch in ways they did not before treatment -Crowns contacting other teeth in a way that chipped a natural tooth and a previously placed crown due to the rubbing against the crowns placed by this office -Open spacing near the gumline between crowns where food consistently gets trapped -A crown shape and color that do not match my natural teeth, despite discussing this with the office beforehand -Food sticking to the chewing surfaces, which was not an issue before the crowns were placed I reported these concerns during follow-up visits and raised them again at my last appointment. However, the issues were not addressed, and I was told they would be handled if I returned to have an additional crown placed. After I left a one-star review, Dr. Allred asked that I contact the office as if my concerns had not already been clearly communicated in person. I have had routine checkups and cleanings at other dental offices following my treatments at Velux and was never told that the additional tooth they recommended for a crown required that level of treatment. In fact, I had never even been told that the tooth needed a filling. I have since been informed that one of the crowns may need to be replaced because it does not make proper contact with the adjacent tooth. Because of these issues, I have sought care elsewhere and will be replacing the crowns placed by this office. Since my dental insurance already paid for the crowns placed here, I will now have to pay out of pocket for the replacements. I would not recommend this dental office.
