My mom called another company and they made an appointment, to which they never showed or called! Then in the spirit of everyone is human, we made another appointment for them to come clean it out, once again they never showed nor contacted us!!! I had heard Dirty Septic Work's jingle on the radio & decided to call them to see if they had any openings. To my surprise the owner, Donnie Fletcher, answered and said that he hated to hear the troubles we've been having & since they were going to be passing the house the next day for another job they could be there around 9am(which was less than 24 hours from the time I called!)!!! I immediately grabbed the opening & when asked what they charged was blown away, most companies that clean things like this out charge my the amount, but Donnie gave one flat fee that was $100 lower than what the other company said for the smallest amount! The next morning when the two men arrived (after calling to verify the address 30 minutes prior to arriving, just like Donnie said they would), they were friendly, quickly got to work and even came inside to make sure nothing was overflowing in the bathrooms! I highly recommend this company & will continue to use them in the future, not just for their pricing, but also for the fast, friendly, and professional people they have!!!
