I am updating since I did already send a review after my last visit. I just wanted to say I am still totally satisfied with this office and everyone in the practice. i feel so comfortable when I go here. Every one is so nice and sometimes so very busy keeping the flow so patients don't lose their patIence! I always bring some form of entertainment incase I go at a busy time. Great experience as a first timer. I got called back quickly after being checked in. Hannah, the Nurse Practitioner took the time to listen to my problem and take it seriously. Hannah and Lindsey went above and beyond to get me taken care of. The doctor's demeanor put me at ease. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Seljuki and his entire staff at Highlands Internal medicine are by far the worst team of medical professionals I have ever dealt with. He refused to refill my medicine for my blood pressure until he seen me in person, even though I did not need to see him for any other reason. He charged me a $30 copay for an office visit and charged my insurance just so he could type a couple of things on a keyboard to send my refills over. The amount of professionalism that this facility lacks is appalling. I was waiting in the room for the doctor to FINALLY come in there and he and his staff were in the hallway adjacent to my room talking bad about me and saying "I told him he needs to come in to get a refill and he doesn't like how we operate then he can find another doctor." Then instead of the doctor coming in he sends his nurse practitioner in there to come talk to me, and even though she was polite, I was not in the mood to deal with her. I requested to speak with the doctor, and 30 minutes later he finally comes strolling in to the room acting as if nothing had happened and that the world was just all jolly and happy. I told him that I feel like my time, money, and insurance were wasted on today's visit and that this could have easily been a telemedicine visit or a phone call, but instead he insisted that I come up there just so I could be talked bad about behind closed doors, ignored for my reason of being there, and then to be rushed the whole time I am there to get in and out of the office. This doctor and his staff should be fired and NONE of them should be allowed to work in the medical field EVER AGAIN. Not to mention that he stated that he changed my previous follow up appointment from a follow up appointment to a physical appointment because blue cross and blue shield will pay him more based off of the way he files the claim and not based off of the service I have received. He is committing insurance fraud, and he is ignoring his patients chief complaints when it comes to their well being. read more

This office is exceptional. The front office staff answers the phone promptly, and works to get patients in same day when they need. The nurses are very knowledgeable. The office manager is sweet, and willing to help in anyway. Hilary and Dr. Seljuki are great providers. This is a 5 star team. read more

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Seljuki for years. He is very thorough, compassionate, and has the best bedside manner. In the last year his office has made several changes and it shows. The girls in the office are top notch. They are willing to help however they can. We have never had any trouble getting an appointment when needed. Lindsey the office manager is the sweetest, and most caring. We love her. We recommend Dr. Seljuki to everyone. read more
