Disconnected is all I can think of. They need real people to talk to you on the phone. I was let go over a stupid $30 bill that I never saw on the portal! On my end I waited 2 weeks to pay it after it came in the mail because of family visiting from out of state, then I got a letter from collections!!! No person to talk about it with, just directed to the website. They told me I was out! They even cancelled my daughter's physical with no explanation. Months later I got a text telling me I owe $100! No explanation. Cold. I guess AI has a part here somewhere. read more

Billing and communication is EXTREMELY difficult. Communication is done through their portal which cannot be accessed without a link. Other information is available through an incomplete app. They only take one insurance. They don't give cash discounts and bills never reflect the required up front payments. You can never reach anyone by phone or direct email. Great care, but it is not worth the endless hours of hassle and extra cost for cash pay patients, which is everyone who is not on BCBSS. read more

i was told by Donna that my wife needed to come in after a recent hospital stay. Today when we went to her doctor the nurse Tiffany ask me why we were here and i said i was told we needed to come in after her hospital stay she said ok why was she in the hospital? So i told her and i ask her didn't she have the charts from her visit she said no i also ask her what my wife's blood pressure was and she told me. Then the nurse practitioner came in stated to tell me some things we needed to do i tried to tell her i didn't think we could do those things right now and she just kept talking over me only to find out from the doctor that Tiffany said i was rude or something like that which i was not. Ive had it with this place. When you go there it takes for ever for them to see you most of my visits for my have have lasted an hour to an hour and a half and this is the second time the nurses complained about me. I've had none of this kind of problem with my doctors and nurses at Madison Primary care. So i'm gonna that my wife there and these people can kiss my you know what. read more

I have been experiencing ongoing billing issues for several months and have made multiple attempts to resolve them. Unfortunately, the only available method of communication is through the online portal, with no option for phone or in-person assistance. I have submitted messages through the portal in hopes of receiving a response, but the lack of accessible customer support has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully consider these limitations before choosing to use their services, as the process has been stressful and time-consuming. This is the message I have sent! --Due to ongoing billing issues and continued difficulty reaching a representative by phone or in person regarding my secondary insurance and account balance, I regret that I must cancel my upcoming appointment. This decision is particularly disappointing, as I have been very pleased with my physicians and the medical care I have received. However, the unresolved billing concerns have created significant stress, especially while I am actively undergoing cancer treatment. It has also been frustrating that the only available method of communication appears to be through the online patient portal, with an indicated response time of 30+ days. This delay makes it extremely difficult to resolve time-sensitive billing matters. The ongoing nature of these issues has been stressful, time-consuming, and deeply frustrating. Patients undergoing treatment should have access to timely and direct communication regarding financial concerns. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed promptly. I got a bizarre letter from this substandard practice. It says I did not show up to 3 appointments this past 12 months, which I never made, and therefore they have terminated my patient status there. This is an abomination. I would 100 not recommend this place. read more

What truly sets Dr. Kendall Teachey apart ( yes, I know that she's a CRNP, but I call her "doctor" because that's what she is to me) is her commitment not only to treating her patients but also to educating them. She patiently walks me through my health conditions, test results, and preventive care steps in a way that empowers me to better understand and manage my health. Her thoughtful, compassionate, and knowledgeable approach makes every visit feel personal and reassuring. Everything is online. The schedule appointments for you without even asking you if the date and time work for you. All online. When I complained about a computer scheduling me without my knowing or agreeing they dropped me by letter as they did someone else in the reviews. Updating my previous review because even after being given a staph infection by their unsanitized equipment, they dropped me as a patient by letter and didn't even attempt a phone call. They kicked me out because I have "multiple medical diagnoses", their words. What kind of pathetic doctor won't treat someone with real health problems? I absolutely love this practice. They keep a close eye on your health. The portal means all my appointments, prescriptions and lab results are available on my phone. I can email a question and get an appointment or answer in less than 24 hours. They have telephone appointments and Saturday hours. Appointments are on time, you aren't kept waiting for hours like some places. They have a nurse on call 24/7 to tell you if you should go to the ER. This is everything a modern medical practice should be. read more

I absolutely love Innova Primary Care. I've been going since they opened several years ago and they've just gotten better. There's an app you can use to send an email through their portal and it's proven to be much faster than waiting on a return phone call. They're very prompt, no long waits, the drs and nurse practitioners are very approachable and will not rush you. Prescriptions are called in quickly plus you're notified when they're called in and also you're notified of appointment reminders. Very nice place to go. Telelhealth visits are great too. I've been a patient of Innova Primary Care for several years. Robin Erwin is FABULOUS and very thorough! Unfortunately, the front office absolutely insists on collecting a co-pay from me every time I come in for an annual well visit even though my insurance covers at 100% and I'm not supposed to have a copay. This has happened to me for the last four years in a row. I am told that the copay will go toward my account as a credit for a future visit. I've explained that I don't want a credit on my account. I just want them to allow my insurance to provide coverage according to my insurance policy (no copay). I've decided to switch to a new doctor because I've started dreading the "argument" that happens at each appointment. Last year, I was told that if I didn't pay this copay I would be penalized with a processing fee. If you have a copay for annual well visits, then I would recommend this place. Otherwise, be ready to argue for your benefits or find another doctor's office that will follow your insurance benefits. read more

A great feature they have is their patient portal that is an app you can get on your phone. You can message the nurses any time and make appointments.
