I had a HORRIBLE Experience with this company. They were horrible responding to ongoing questions. They asked for the same document several times. The Mortgage Rep William Huyler basically vanished and left me to deal with his admins that were unhelpful most of the time. The closing was HUGELY Delayed by days. I was Stressed and Confused at the Same Time for 85% of the Transaction. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! and BTW, other professionals in the business questioned why I would use Highland because of the bad reputation. the Truth is I didn't know. read more
