She asked me smart questions to make sure I felt like I got the most out of my massages and reminded me to let her know next time how things have worked out or not worked out after the massage. In no way shape or form is this PROFESSIONAL, when we discussed that I wanted that time, he made an excuse and said that people some times confuse his business with the one next door which is Healing Hands Massage and Wellness, quite frankly I don't see how that's possible when I know they have two different suite numbers, websites and telephone numbers so it's pretty hard to confuse the two. His response: She had her voucher number with her and you didn't! At no point in my conversation the first time did he express this concern with me or I would have put him on hold and attempted to pull up the voucher. I write reviews all the time both of positive and negative experiences because as a consumer I want to know about others experience.
