Our tour guide was local and had actually lived in the area near many of the homes we visited, which I thought made the tour more interesting. She also told us about some upcoming television shows that will be featuring a few of the locations, so I'll definitely be watching for those! I really enjoyed the storytelling, although I'll admit I was a little skeptical of some of the stories. There were so many details told from such a specific perspective that I kept thinking, How exactly do we know that happened? Were you there?! It definitely made me want to look up some of the stories afterward and learn more about the history behind them. One thing I would have really liked is the opportunity to actually go inside some of the locations. Unfortunately, we stayed outside the entire time. I would absolutely pay extra for a tour that included access to the interiors of some of these historic homes. I booked through TripAdvisor, and the process was super easy. Overall, it was fun, entertaining, and a great way to spend an evening learning about some of Louisville's spooky history.

Very friendly informative staff, beautiful architecture, restored Victorian mansion, lovely romantic suite, pink hottub!!, beautiful city.... A bit pricey -more than a hotel, but definitely worth it. And thought to myself "Hey, Thirty Pedaler" what a great way to tour the town a little, then we can re-visit anything that look eye popping the next couple of days. Me losing track of time, I do recommend booking distillery/brewery/Pedaler tours weeks (if not months in advance.) I was lucky that some still were able to accommodated my party of 6 (tip: if you don't see any slots open for your whole party, call and maybe they can squeeze 1 or 2 more.) Alright back to Thirsty Pedaler, our tour guide "AUSTIN" aka "Austin Williams" from second 1 was awesome and had great history knowledge, how the neighborhoods are changing, places to eat/drink/have fun.... Don't let Austin sucker you into drinking every time you see a Red or Blue car, they started appearing out of no where! REFUSE!!! :) Pedel...Pedel..Pedal.!!!!!! - Austin so demanding!!! My friends and I were in town for a 30th birthday party, and this was one of the highlights of our trip. I can't remember the name of our tour guide, but she was so fun and such a great sport. Our first stop was picking up drinks at a corner store, then we went to 2-3 bars. While those places were cool, my favorite part was our mini photoshoot along the waterfront. WHEEEE!!! What a blast. Whether you're with friends or coworkers, make sure someone in your party is a good DJ. Take lots of pictures, and tip your driver well!

We were only there 1 night so we didn't explore much or check out everything the Marina had to offer. Our tent-friendly campsite was nice, though and everyone I interacted with in the office was friendly. There was a small band playing live music in the campground pavilion the night we were there. I don't know if this was because it was a holiday weekend, but it was a great surprise. The sites are pretty close together and there's not a ton of privacy, but this was a great find for us as we were passing through.

There were about 12 people in our group which kept it easy to keep moving along. Definitely come hungry, because there is plenty of food and drink along the way! Really enjoyed everything we got to try, especially the beer cheese and Hot Brown pizza. Hannah was a great tour guide and made it a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
