There was an unknown glitch regarding emailing the digital file. That has been resolved. Some information was not relayed to me regarding product pricing and that was discussed. Also, the fact that I could have had input as to cropping was discussed. Hoping the replacement portrait is amazing! Thank you Maryann. This is a review of the Spokane WA studio and product. Although the photographer and the sales gal were very nice and friendly, I feel like this is basically bait and switch. You are promised $1000 free to cover the $300 sitting fee and $700 11x14 portrait. I was never actually told the pricing on all the portrait options shown, so I thought I was choosing the cheapest and therefore the $700 option. Wrong! I guess you need to actually ask for that option. Idk. So I ended up paying an additional $200 for my "free" portrait. I had also opted to get a digital 5x7 photo for $195 so I could get my own prints, cards, post to social media, etc. What I got today was an 11x14 portrait that was not in focus nor was it cropped appropriately, so the subject(s) were very small. Really?! That is so unprofessional. And my digital copy? I got an actual cheap 5x7 print. No info about accessing a digital copy. So am I just supposed to scan this print? And lastly an FYI ... any great reviews are from many years ago and seem to be of the Kennewick studio. This company should be ashamed.

We were scammed by Breshears photography today and honestly, mad isn't even going to begin to…read moreexpress how I feel right now. I entered in a family photo shoot with breshears and was told I had I "won" I was so excited because we've never had a photo shoot before. I had to put down a down payment of 200$ to reserve my spot. Not a big deal right? Well I was wrong. We get done with the photos and we waited about 20 minutes to even see our photos. I left balling my eyes out because they're not what they had advertised. We were brought back to a room where a sales pitch was given on our photos. For a decent size photo that you could hang on your wall, 2100$. They took over 20 photos of us and we can't get one single photo without having to pay 600$ and that's for the smallest package. They then wanted to schedule a follow up with us when I told the lady Alex, that this was "fucking outrageous. We are a working class family and I feel like we were totally taken advantage of." I'm honestly, super upset because they have great photos of my family and now I feel like they're going to use them for their own personal gain. This was a terrible experience. She made us feel less than.
