If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. Their policy requires payment "to hold slot" for the appointment, which means they want full payment before you even see an actual inspector (which according to 6-7 other home inspection companies and several realtors is not a normal policy). Beware and save yourself time and energy and use a different inspection company! Edited: Heidi called my broker (whom I don't even know as I've been dealing with a specific realtor) and is threatening lawyer action, although she hasn't been in contact with me and isn't answering my calls. Save yourself the grief and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior from this "company".

I'd been hearing noises where my lanai roof met my attic for about a week. I'd had another company come out to give an estimate on fixing the problem and about fell over with the cost. I decided to get a second opinion and called Highspeed Animal Trapping. Though busy, Patrick made time to come over to the east side of the county to check it out and give his estimate. I'm so very glad I called him. Extremely friendly, no-nonsense, and most importantly, HONEST! He did not try to sell me unnecessary services or parts like the other company was doing. He was able to identify the point of entry, sprayed foam to unto those areas to keep the squirrel(s) out, and explained what else I could do as far as disinfecting the attic, but not once did I feel pressured or "taken." Would never hesitate to call him again if another issue arises, and will certainly recommend him to anyone else that has unwanted critters. I called Patrick regarding noises I kept hearing above the bedroom ceiling. His response time was excellent. He surveyed the house looking for entry points and then went into the attic. He stayed longer than usual doing extra exclusion work and determined it was not a raccoon but Florida rodents. His method for removing the rodents was successful in only one day. I gave Patrick 5 Stars for his excellent honest work. He is knowledgeable and does quality work and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him. I heard the pitter patter of little feet on my ceiling so I called around to see what could be done. Patrick didn't hesitate to come check it out. He was professional and courteous. Come to find out I had a family of raccoons living in my attic space. Patrick quickly and humanely removed the animals and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I found him to be friendly and very knowledgable about the animals he humanely traps. He set his traps and the opossum was caught the first night. I reached out to 4 companies and some of them didn't even bother showing up to my home to make an assessment before providing me a quote. Kenny showed up at my house on the same day we called, and his price was the most competitive of them all. He set up traps and went on his way, sadly for him and myself the squirrels never went in, this went on for almost a week and he showed up every day and checked, on the last day he decided to try an inside trap as we finally figured out the squirrels went through a wall. He set up a trap inside the house on the wall and the next morning the two squirrels had been captured and not harmed. He came to remove the trap and it was touching to see how caring he was towards the squirrels; they were dehydrated and he immediately made arrangements to take them to someone that would bring them back to life and care for them before being set back free. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals, so very kind and respectful. They always wore masks coming into the house or even outside of the house and just overall an amazing experience for something that was annoying to begin with. Thank you Kenny for turning a negative situation into something not so bad!
