YES! I am so impressed with this company-Chad is our representative for this amazing service...always on time, courteous and thorough with his inspection and treatment. My parents have been happy and loyal Royal Palm Pest Control customers for years, so when I moved to the area a year ago and was looking for a pest control company, they suggested I give Royal Palm a ring. And I'm so glad I did, for 2 key reasons: 1.) IT WORKS: From a purely functional perspective, the treatment definitely helps keep pests at bay. For the first few weeks after we moved into the house, spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs were nearly everyday occurrences (as they tend to be in Florida). After Royal Palm treated, it felt like we had our house back. We pay for quarterly treatments, and while they offer free interim treatments if we notice an uptick in pests in the home, we've never had to avail ourselves of that offer. If we ever see an insect in the house, it's rare, and they've usually given up the ghost by the time we find them. 2.) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR: They always call US to schedule our quarterly treatments, which is a nice perk because I'd never remember. They're always friendly and professional. And our technician (Craig) is a super nice guy. Very efficient, always on time, AND he wears booties over his shoes when he comes into the house, which is such a nice touch. We like to maintain a "shoe-free" home to keep the floors clean, but we don't typically ask guests to remove their shoes because we don't want to make folks feel uncomfortable. But After contacting them 6/3 I received several messages including a tentative appointment for today between 10-12 . They came on time, explained everything they were doing, they were very thorough and though taking a bit of time, I felt as though it was worth it. Rafael explained what his service includes: any inside house spraying, he filled my house pest control tubes, removed any wasp nests and spider webs, power spray the exterior of the home, also spray parts of my yard and drive way. We switched to Royal Palm after a year contract with another service. PWe did the start up plan and then quarterly update. After the start up plan we had no more of those tiny little ants that I think could get through concrete. Pretty much bug free even by the pool. Highly recommended. I have been a customer of Royal Palm for almost 7 years. When I moved to Palm Coast they were recommended and I am thrilled that I called them. They were a new company and just getting established but the service was impeccable. I had moved into a rental home that hadn't had pest control in quite a while and the spiders were EVERYWHERE. They cleaned off all the webs on the exterior and gave the house a spray inside and out. I lived in that home for 4 more years and NEVER had another issue with any pests. Royal Palms Pest Control takes really good care of our home. They handle our termite warranty and our quarterly pest needs. We bought a home that had serious pest problems (ants/termites) and they cleaned it up and the pest problem is gone! My daughter is attending Flagler in St. Augustine, staying in an apartment in the Cordova Building. She had moved in a few weeks before I was able to get down there. She had complained to the building owner about the 'bug' infestation they had, bugs all over their kitchen, in the bathrooms. The building owner came and sprayed on 3 occasions herself but it did nothing to the 'bugs'. When I arrived on a Thursday evening and saw the 'bugs' were in reality cockroaches, everywhere, I knew action needed to be taken immediately. I asked for a quote here on Yelp the following morning and got a phone call within minutes from the inspector, Adam. Since we were only there for the weekend, it was important to get something done quickly. He met us at the apartment that afternoon. Upon his inspection, he said the infestation was a 7.5 out of 10; it was clear to him that the german cockroaches invading my daughter's apartment had been there for quite some time. They were everywhere, in cabinets, behind the refrigerator and stove as well as the bathrooms. Come to find out, the previous renter had complained to the building owner on several occasions; clearly nothing had been done. My daughter's neighbor said the same thing and ended up having to get their place professionally exterminated since the building owner treated their apartment the same as my daughters; ineffectively.
