Avoid this place at all costs! They seem friendly but won't do anything meaningful to help when its their property they let thieves into. No cameras covering half of the property too, look at the monitor in the office to confirm if your unit is even safe. As I was returning to the office (still closed) a vehicle puled up and it was the manager -- he finally showed up at 10:20. The manager asked what we needed and I said I would like to rent a storage unit. He then proceeded to ask why I was looking around, I informed him I was here at 10am and was looking for him. He complained that I was there before 10am, he saw me there at 9:55! I asked him why he wasn't here at 10 and why the security gate was open. He became upset and didn't want my business. This is unfortunate, because the owner is a nice, customer service oriented. This Manager doesn't care about customers or their things in storage.

We rented a storage unit at their airport facility using their online portal and after completing…read morethe required information with multiple phone numbers are per their forms we headed to the unit. 1) the gate code wouldn't work - we had to go into this office the following day where they admitted that sometime the codes don't go through. 2) we walked into the office and there were three people there, none of which smiled or showed even the slightest sign of being welcoming. 3) we had to return the temporary lock that they had on the unit and again unfriendly. The lady at the counter said she would log the lock but didn't know what facility or unit we had. My SO basically forced her to make a note on the account that the lock had been returned. 3) when asked about the rat feces in the so-called clean storage unit, she admitted that they knew about the rats and where trying to poison them. Hire a profesional exterminator! Overall I'd suggest not using Twice the Space facilities!
