They sell defective homes, and they do not seem to think it's their responsibility to fix any of the many repairs my house was delivered with. They are VERY nice before you buy the house. After you sign closing papers, they will NOT make you a priority for the house they know to be defective. These issues are huge: several leaks from tub and kitchen sink that ruined my insulation and vapor barrier under the house, 5 ft by 2 ft holes under the house where you can see my sub flooring, and zero insulation at all, a dozen pretty sizable cracks throughout the house, and much more. That being said, they still have yet to fix ANY of these issues. I ordered my home on June 5, it is now December 8th and I still cannot take a shower or bath in my master bath. Please, do not buy from this company.

I knew when they had to keep coming back to "fix" what was wrong; large bubbles, two-tone colors, uneven texture and later hair line cracks down the middle, I had made a huge error. They offered to keep coming back, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, then offered insurance after I got three estimates. I was done with it all. My error was in paying the full amount. My brother visited from out of state during the summer and was appalled seeing the inferior job and did what he could to make improvements with limited time.
