We also had a virtual reality tour that basically puts you inside the home right from your computer. Let me start by saying that I was referred to Coles of Washingtonville by someone who works for…read moreanother local large plumbing company, (nameless), who stated that they, the other company, were over priced and that they didn't agree with their pricing. The other company wanted to charge me over $2200 to replace my expansion tank, pressure relief valve, and purge my gas boiler. I was dumbfounded. I visited Coles and explained to the nice young lady at the desk what I needed done and about the other plumber. She told me yes, they were cheaper, and the following day, she sent me a quote. My jaw dropped on how much cheaper Coles was charging. Chris came over. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do before doing anything to the boiler. If he ran into a hiccup, he would inform me before doing anything. I really appreciated that. He considered me and not do whatever without discussing it with me. Chris replaced several valves, replaced the expansion tank, cleaned the boiler, replaced a thermostat, and purged the boiler and the cost was much less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me. Coles was honest, reasonable, professional, courteous. If only more businesses were like that. May God bless abundantly the Coles business, their families, everyone who works for them. Rented an apartment in Cornwall from a D & M properties of NY, apparently a company directly ran by…read moreOlympia. Little did I know when renting said apartment, that the property had already been walked away from and was soon to be pursued by the bank. Landlord, also dba as Olympia, ignored most of my complaints. What complaints he did heed were quickly blamed upon me, such as the rotted plumbing that was backing up onto the bathroom floor due to it being fed into the backyard and not into the town's plumbing. As well, handshake agreement during lease signing to remove past tenants trash from side of house was ignored. Two months ago, after much pursuit by a trustee of the bank, an agent from the bank came to change the locks on the house; only to be thwarted by the police. Trying to leave the apartment now two months behind in rent and landlord is shamelessly, after grossly profiting from the rent, trying to recoup those two months rent. I'd assume that any business deal with this company is going to be risky, as proper facilities seem to not exist.
