It was as if they were reading my mind. Well, maybe they were reading my Tweets. It's a small-ish shop, but for now they can handle most of the jobs in house. Later, they have the option to send it to the bigger Minuteman shops. At the front desk and on the phone is young Kevin, a multi-tasker in the least. C.S., a bit of graphic design and print shop experienced. He was very accommodating and able to manipulate my file to make a small design change that made a big difference. Franchise owner Amir is there to keep the show in line. These two are so friendly you almost want to invite them for dinner! My job was no big challenge, but it was done efficiently and on time.
