Their willingness to provide me with swift image file modifications, suggestions, and concise estimates without any hesitance made the tshirt printing company process easy and less of a headache I expected. Their website is well optimized, with extensive content that thoroughly lists their products available, and gives you options to customize and generate your own estimates which I found very convenient. The first time I visited, I was unfamiliar with the return process and had not packaged my Amazon return properly. Instead of calmly explaining what I needed to do, she raised her voice and was visibly irritated -- a completely unnecessary reaction for a customer service role. On my second visit, I waited patiently in line for several minutes, only to be skipped over so she could assist a man who arrived after me. When I politely pointed this out, she mocked me, in a language other than english, to her co-worker, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. There are plenty of other UPS locations where the owners and staff treat customers with basic courtesy. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others.
